Second time we've stayed at this property. Nice spacious, quiet rooms. Has a great breakfast, including hot items.

Run down. Staff not helpful-always on their phone. Cleaning staff was on the ball. Breakfast staff was good.

Clean enough. Lots of space. The room felt humid.

We had a really bad experience at check-in at the hotel we originally reserved and cancelled and were very thankful to find this hotel and get their last room. Especially during CMA Fest week. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, our room was spacious and clean and they had a nice spread for their continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

There were ants in the room and housekeeping was not good service

My toilet wouldn't flush and refrigerated wasn't working they said I couldn't get a discount

For the price, it was average. Not very good insulation so I can hear people talking and foot steps above the floor was annoying but it was one night to stay so not much to complain.

The room was clean as well as the lobby area. The staff was very nice & helpful as well. I’d definitely stay at this location again.

The entire staff I encountered was extremely nice & helpful from the shuttle driver, front desk, & housekeeping as well as the manager. The rooms were clean & ready for occupancy upon arrival. The check in/out process was smooth & speedy. I’d definitely recommend this location.

Would stay here again

Had a leek in my room and they changed me to another room and that toilet didn’t work and they changed again to the third room. With all that being said I was not able to go to the movies that I had already paid for still waiting to be refunded for that day

We stayed here in 2018 and loved it. However, we absolutely will not book here again. The room seemed clean. Plenty of comfy pillows and towels. We stayed two nights, and there were two huge issues: 1. Both televisions and remotes wouldn’t work. Power and volume would work, but it was impossible to change the channel. A staff member, Rosalina, was supposed to come fix it, but she never came. 2. There was a roach, a big roach, and it was in the bed.
