Great location. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious. Great breakfast. Great art deco atmosphere all around. However, some furniture are dated and need to be updated.

We missed our connection and needed a room for one night. The staff were very accomodating, room was nicely appointed. Near a large park and nice restaurants. Highly recommended.

It's a good location but the ceiling in my room started to leak during a rainfall. When I went to the front desk they said they knew of the problem, that it happens when it rains and they haven't been able to fix it because of the rain. They moved me to a different room but it shows me they knew there was a problem and put me in that room anyway and were expecting me to complain. It should be noted that I didn't know there was a leak until it dripped on my head. Not a great experience. Worst part of my trip.

This is a lovely classic hotel with all the original immaculately preserved trimmings of a 1924 era. It is a wonderful place to visit

Our room was booked for 1 king bed but we were given 2 single beds. The solution was to push them together and put a sheet over them. When I asked for the room I had booked and paid for, I was eventually given another room with a king bed, which felt like a very special favour, but no mention that it was half the size. So we changed back, which was fine in the end. We were offered an adjoining room with our daughter's room. This, it turns out, doesn't exist. The young woman at check-in was rude and obviously disdainful of Expedia. Other staff were very warm though. There was no drinking water provided, probably an oversight. The fire alarm went off at around 6am. People came out of their rooms to see what was happening. The internal hallway doors were all closed. No communication or explanation though, which was weird. I went downstairs to the desk to find out and was told it was nothing, just a mistake. The room was actually nice and spacious but also looked tired and the bathroom needs repairs - water damage in the ceiling, the shower leaked water all over the floor etc. I don't think I would come back here again.

Only positive things I can say is the air conditioning was good and the bed was comfortable. The bedside lamp was broken with exposed wires, no overhead light so limited to a lamp across the room. Breakfast was mediocre for the listed price of 13eur, but they actually charged 24eur making it awful value. Every few minutes there was a sound like a hammer drill rattling the walls, all through the night and day. Decor is decades old with faded wood and fraying carpet. Overall, very expensive for what it was.

Friendly staff, comfortable bedding and room but the styling of the lobby and bar area are what makes it worthwhile. Really cool old-world charm. Bathroom needed a little updating though.

Stayed on a Monday night no food no bar and a room with double bed pushed against the wall in an attic room that has a great tendency to punish your head if not careful.

Very good location, close to the center, park and the train station. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

I hated the bathroom. Bidet was so close to the toilet you could not sit on the toilet because your legs were too close to the bidet and there was a door stop in between the two that I stubbed my foot on. Just an awful set up. Would be better if they just removed the bidet and door stop. Would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in art deco style with many interesting features. Great location in the centre of town. Great hotel for a one night stay while passing through France.

Old-school hotel in all the best connotations. Quiet, attractive and the desk was most helpful. We liked Mulhouse very much, in large part due to this establishment.
