Very nice clean and well maintained property. Nice pool and great location in the heart of Georgetown. Easy to get around Exuma if you rent a vehicle. The adjacent property "Beach Club" on Stocking Island was a great getaway location. The food was excellent and a very nice menu selection. Remember you are on Island Time, slow down and don't expect quick service but you will get great friendly service. The overall staff was great.

This was our 5th stay at the Cottages and still was a great experience! Cold AC and a comfortable clean bed, great location, friendly staff and easy access by boat or walking through shallow water or by beach to other places. Good WiFi, beach floats, great music (not too loud, either!) good food and lots of relaxation! See you next year!

Nice breakfast , good dinner. Very Nice staff. Loved the included boat ride over to stocking island, went twice . Had a blast !

Fantastic location, staff is absolutely incredible, food is delicious, room was fantastic, the beach club was absolutely amazing, we will definitely be returning soon.

Staff went above and beyond for our private candlelight dinner on the beach to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. King room was great with comfy beds and balcony. Hotel amenities and beach club were good.

I cannot warn you enough to NOT stay at this property. On July 4, 2025, they mistakenly charged me $2,202.44. I called them, and they admitted their mistake. They told me I would get a refund on my card in 10 - 14 days. It is now Sept 11, 2025 and counting, and I still do not have my money back. I have called several times, and Expedia has also tried to help by calling them several times. Each time, they admit their mistake, promise they will be issuing a refund that day, and I will of course receive it in another 10 to 14 days. We have been told that 4 times now, and nothing has been done. I strongly advise you to choose another hotel. This one has zero integrity and zero urgency to help someone recover over $2,000 that they admit they mistakenly charged me. I know I will never return to this property.

Ice and friendly staff!!

We stayed for only one night, but would have loved to stay longer! Rooms were very nice and updated. Loved the boat ride to the beach bar. Restaurant was delicious and easy to walk to nearby shops. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!
