Despite its good location just behind the central station, everything else is average. The room could use better lighting since there is no ceiling lamp, leaving the room quite dark. However, what made my experience particularly bad was the service. Upon arrival, the reception area was under renovation, which was very inconvenient and I wasn't informed about this in advance. Furthermore, there was an error in their system that almost prevented me from staying there as they couldn't find my reservation. They also charged me a 200-euro deposit, which was taken from my bank account and hasn't been refunded yet, even a week after my stay. I also stayed at other hotels in Holland but it 's only 50 euro (and in cash!) So it doesn't cause a hassle like this.
