Close to all what we needed to do in Mississauga Thank you

Both Elevators down night of check in so had to take bags up 7 floors. It was late and kids were tired, otherwise I would have left. The next night, the other elevator stopped working as we got in. Needless to say, I was a little worried using the elevators the rest of the weekend. Everything else was okay (good not great).

Service was great. Special mention for Therese, who was very courteous and attentive to our needs.

you could hear everything at this property. the people upstairs stomping, running, and slamming doors. You could hear them on the same floor even louder. room was very poorly maintained.

Staff were not very helpful.

Repeat visit for me

Elevator is down and our room at 5th floor need carry your luggage using the stairs.

When I stay there, and have a big hockey team there, all the kids running around, the swimming pool is crowd of people, fitness room and swimming pool is connected. Even people wear their outside shoes walking in the swimming pool area. My bedroom cabinets is broken, and the shower is so slow, not sure is it because so many people using shower in the building and made the water running slowly. The receptionist is nice and answer all your questions fast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Sega the room attendant was always asking if we needed anything. Food in restaurant was great. Walking distance to GO Station.

Amazing check in, super nice hotel. Very clean. The food from the resto was great. The only issue was one elevator wasn’t working and with the hockey kids crowd there it took a long time to get an elevator. Other issue not related to the hotel- children being allowed to run and yell up and down the corridors at 2:30am and again at 7:30am. Not cool.

I found the toilet in our room awfully low

The bathroom faucets were spitting water out of every direction. This hotel was not busy when I stayed so I wish I was given a better room without defects.
