everything was ok, renovation work were a bit of a assle but it's ok

Clean, and spacious room. Staff is friendly. Just the city view I booked ended up being a view of the parking lot.

Room was great and spacious, the lobby is very nice. The restaurant is amazing with very good food.

Comfortable bed ,they let us check out a hour later very accommodating

Il y avait un restant de nourriture dans le frigo et l'odeur était désagréable. Toutefois, on m'a proposé de changer le frigo quand je suis passée le dire à la réception.

The amenities are excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful for all of our questions and needs!

Room was aged and in need of an upgrade. Had a room with a view of the river only to find out when getting in to the room that a lift being used for the on-site construction was parked in front of the window. Also due to the construction and a large on site book show the parking area was greatly reduced (to park and allow schools buses bringing children to the book show to park and /or turn around) leaving the only option to park in a time restricted or no parking area. The entire lobby and hallways to the conference area were crammed full of booths for the book show.

Excellent location. Dinner both nights was excellent.

All are very nice but not enough charging unit for electrical car
