Chambres confortables et rénovées

Good hotel. We have accessibility needs and these were quite well accommodated (door, washroom). The bed is too low but was comfortable. Found the staff to be excellent (the exception was the restaurant, but that’s a separate review). Overall, the property is a bit dated. I think maybe some improvements are underway.

Chambre spacieuse, plancher chauffant dans la salle de bain, grande douche, lit confortable, Borne de charge pour véhicule électrique pourrait être plus puissante toutefois. Hôtel bien situé, près des restaurants. C'eut été bien que le petit dej soit offert et que le Check out soit à midi plutôt qu'à 11:00.

The main issue during my stay was the construction noise early in the morning. If you’re hoping to sleep in, it may be difficult, as work begins quite early. Our room was located right next to the construction site—almost attached to the hotel—which made the noise especially noticeable. Guests staying on the opposite side of the property may have a better experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case for us.

Clean room, nice gym and pool.

Room service wasn’t available on weekends, restaurant bad service, food wasn’t good,hot tub was not available. The hotel in under renovations. Staff were pleasant and professional.

There was no charging station left for my car ; No usb port ; half the lights didn’t work ; staff was condescending when I ask them about it ; overall poor expérience for the price of the suite

Petit inconvénient dû à des travaux d'agrandissements, heureusement, malgré le fait que nous avons séjourné de jeudi à vendredi, AUCUN bruit de construction n'a été entendu. Donc tout s'est très bien passé!

Nice place

The overall stay of one day was good. The room was comfortable and very clean, however the furniture and bathroom were very outdated. The property in general needs serious updates, specially the very old carpet that runs along the main floor. There is obviously some expansion happening but I was not aware of that at time of booking so I wished I knew. The indoor pool is also not as big as it looks in the picture and needs some TLC. Despite that, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant La Brigade is excellent. Might return after construction is all over.
