Wonderful but a bit tiny

Hotel was clean, stairwells were hard to find at first. Breakfast buffet was ok, we loved the potatoes. Seating was tight at peak times. Staff was friendly

Breakfast was good, very fresh. Entertainment options severely limited, no streaming, seemed way out of date. Did not validate parking as promised, €16 extra it cost. Best thing about this hotel is the location. When it was Jurys, was much better.

The hotel was in. A great spot with views of the Spanish arch and the bay. It is right at the beginning of the Latin district. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The water pressure in the shower was a low.

Great location, clean modern rooms and bathroom. Breakfast buffet was very average and the bar had limited drinks selections.

This was an easy check in and check out process. The staff had amazing recommendations for things to do in Galway and restaurants. Right of Quay and not a far walk from the bus/train station. Highly recommend

The staff was wonderful. The pillows were luke rocks! And there was mold in the bathroom. Which is ashame because the location was great

Overall would recommend due to location -and staf. Laundry was insanely expensive. A couple of pieces of clothes cost €40. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was amazing too. Close to restaurants and all of the best areas of Galway.

Biscuits and room service menu were not in the room when we arrived. This was corrected and we were offered a free breakfast. I didn't find the beds particularly comfortable despite the blurb about them and the pillows were rock hard. The maid was rude when we said we weren't ready for her to clean the room. The restaurant menu was limited. It is not a cheap hotel but it seems that price is based on the location more than the facilities.

Room was spotless and cosy. Food at breakfast had a huge selection and was delicious. Staff was also very friendly.

Would definitely stay again! Location is perfect, quality and cleanliness was exceptional, and breakfast was delicious. We will look for this hotel chain when booking travel in other cities too.
