It was so comfortable. The hostess for dinner was so hospitable!!! We really enjoyed our stay here.

The staff at this property are fantastic. The saving grace really. The rooms are terribly built with peeling wall paper, worn and torn floors, just horrible condition construction wise. The room had a foul odour and needed cleaning before we felt comfortable. We did not receive any housekeeping services during our stay. The best part of this hotel is the front desk staff and bar staff. The food was ok but the prices were crazy. 23 dollars for essentially a continental breakfast. This property could be a gem but it’s clearly been neglected for a long time.

sofa bed is not clean enough, there are something sticked on the back of sofa bed and also some stains. swimming pool is too small and shallow.

Only stayed for a night. My room was clean, modern and quiet. The noon check out was also nice.

Cool place to stay and 20 minutes from Niagara Falls !!

Stayed one night in a queen bed suite. Very nice and clean with ample space. Working cold fridge, clean bathroom. Lobby was spacious and looked modern. Good option if staying in the area and surrounding towns.

Arrived early and was given my room right away. Polite front desk staff. Rooms, hallways, and common areas are clean. Parking could be labeled clearer as there are lots of building sharing the area.

It was nice to be so close to Brock for a visit, but the property could use some maintenance. Some Wear and tear on the building and suite we stayed in, nothing that affected our overall enjoyment though. Slept well and lots of room.

Always a comfortable stay, great front desk service, spacious room

The property was fine but the one double bed in my room had a lot of human hair on the bread spread. It literally looked as if someone had cut their hair. It was all over the pillows as well. It wasn't a big issue as it was only me and I slept in the other bed.

I really appreciate having this property so close to Brock University. My child goes to the University and having a place to stay for a visit is very convenient.

Everything looks very nice.

The swimming pool was really dirty. I dont thibk they change or clean the water everyday. And the staff lately hasnt been the best. The front reception is not very welcoming or friendly. I have been coming here for the past 5 yrs and the service is getting worse over time.
