Good service

Everything went well except for check in.. They ask for additional deposit fee that is not list on there Hotel.com web! $75 hold on your card or a $100 cash to hold until check out. When your traveling out of town with family, that’s a lot to be holding back for things you need and want to buy around the city

It is unique and rooms are huge

Only disappointment was that the pool was locked and we weren’t able to swim. Everything else was great!

Second time here and still a good value for the money

Clean room, no carpet “excellent”! Very spacious. Soft bed, nice sheets. Two minus points, the headboard lights and electric fixtures didn’t work!! scarce breakfast, only one coffee maker (which was empty), open cereal boxes just put there!!

Everytime we come for a visit we stay here. It’s like our home away from home. Always so clean, staff goes above and beyond, breakfast is top notch!

Hotel was amazing. Loved the retro vibe and the huge rooms. Great staff! Was disappointed that I was not notified ahead of time about the pool closure. Will definitely return and recommend.

We would stay again

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The pictures were a little misleading but overall it was decent for the rate and served us well. The pool water was very murky - decided not to test the waters so to speak.

The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was attentive.

First time here never heard of the place and drive by it all the time, however, needed a quick overnight stop and this place didn’t disappoint. Would stay here again if given the chance.

Everything was average. The pool was open but not for swimming. They were cleaning it and putting chemicals in it. There was pool noodles and inflatables all over. The hot tub was open air and lukewarm. The room we stayed in had no iron, no hair dryer, and cheap lamps that were broken. I found a pair of contacts on the floor near my bed and remains of bugs. I was so disgusted. The breakfast was very average but I’m happy there was a variety of breakfast foods. The assistant Renee was so helpful, accommodating and even went out of his way to get us a hair dryer. He was very friendly and considerate too. The last remark was the front door, curtains were dirty.

Staff were very courteous and nice allowed me to park my trailer. Helped no matter what time of the night it was.

Upon arrival, my room had broken furniture, one lamp that didn't work, all 3 light bulbs in vanity in bathroom were missing, lamp shade deteriorating and son's adjoining room's shower didn't work. Also, witnessed DUI driver hit parked car in parking lot next night!
