it was great- but the hot tub was closed for maintenance and we were not told that on booking. however they did give us a discount which was much appreciated!

The restaurant was full the entire weekend. The vending machines only took cash and were limited. Very difficult to get food and not pay a fortune.

Friendly/professional staff, tasty brunch, nice room , wood burning fireplace was a bonus. Would stay here again for sure.

The concierge was very kind and even upgraded our room to a premium suite, we had Ana amazing time in the beautiful nature getaway

Location was convenient. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The unlimited firewood was great.

The whole hotel was clean and comfortable, we especially enjoyed the hot tub area with showers and locker rooms located in the gym area.

We had a beautiful room with two comfortable beds. What made our stay special was the crackling fire in the room each night of our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.

Had a wonderful experience at the Buffalo Mountain Lodge. The front desk, young lady from England was very friendly and had a great personality. During check in she gave us the great news that we were upgraded to a larger room, which was a very nice surprise. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff in the lounge/restaurant were friendly and attentive during happy hour however we went there for breakfast and the server was good at the beginning but when we wanted to leave, we couldn’t find her anywhere to get our bill so had to wait around for a while. Ended up going to the bar and asked for our bill there. Even with that tiny inconvenience, I would highly recommend staying there!!

The stay and room was great. Only problem was at night the property was dark and no street lights. Almost slipped on ice in the dark.

The rooms are mountain-rustic yet clean and well maintained, and the wood-burning fireplace is a wonderful touch. The staff are genuinely helpful and attentive to even the smallest details. The lounge and restaurant teams are warm and approachable. We had the pleasure of being served by the restaurant manager, Melody, throughout our stay—she made our dining experience exceptional, comfortable, and truly welcoming. She clearly leads by example, as the rest of the staff demonstrated the same outstanding hospitality.
