It was very quiet:)

Very clean room a great place to disconnect from the world love the room it had a fireplace with wood and matches to really enjoy. Wi fi at main lodge and dining is exquisite but no choices for smaller meals. Great experience would go again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at night and with the lights in the trees made the whole place look magical. The views were incredible. Low tech was a challenge but we managed. We would have liked to use the game room but it was unbearably hot. Other than that no complaints.

Lovely spot we’ve stayed at before and will again. The cabins/rooms are dated and could use a bit of TLC, however, it’s the location and the lodge building that are the gem here.

The local landscape is beautiful, the staff are friendly and professional, and the food/drinks are superb.

The value wasn’t representative of the cost. Food was expensive as well and didn’t match the price. S’mores were well worth the $6. Best parts were the view and the in cabin wood fireplace with ample wood. Staff were all fantastic.

Callum in the lounge and Courtney at the front desk were especially friendly and helpful.

The staff were helpful and pleasant, the breakfast buffet was hot and offered a good selection. The Evening meals were delicious, but possibly a bit over priced. Be careful on leaving bags on the balcony... a raven was able to open up a zippered bag and empty it's contents! Our fault of course, but beware!!

We loved this stay, and really wished we had more nights booked! It was quiet, the chalets were charming and the views were spectacular. Games in the main lodge were a great bonus since we have a 9 year old.

It was so calm and peaceful! Our room was cozy and the staff delightful!

The location of the hotel is lovely, there is a free shuttle service from the carpark which is helpful. The rooms are dated and in need of updating - some aspects of the room appear to not have been updated for a long time and show lots of visible signs of wear. some of the staff were lovely - one of our shuttle drivers was excellent and gave us more information about the hotel than the front desk staff. we spent two evenings in the bar and unfortunately the atmosphere was not great. Several staff members were off shift and became very drunk. It made it feel like we were interrupting a private evening. It made us cut our evening short which was a shame as the food and drinks were really nice. Upon checking out we were struggling up some snowy and icy steps with our luggage and a staff member also walked past and didn’t bother helping. We’ve had better stays in cheaper hotels that offer MUCH better value for money.
