Beautiful

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location you are 20 mins from Palma but also 20-30 mins from other popular areas. It’s not in the loud Magaluf area. The breakfast is great. My only con is the parking. The hotel parking is limited so they may not have a spot for you to park and the public parking outside of the hotel is always packed as this is a busy area.

Place is good. But limited allergy option at breakfast. Chef didn’t do any exceptions. Don’t trust courtesy room booking.

Resort was just okay considering the price. The breakfast buffet was pretty terrible as all of the food was incredibly bland and choices were limited. The first room they gave us had a view of the air conditioning unit and two twin beds despite having booked an ocean view room with a Queen bed. The staff was abundant and helpful and everything was clean and orderly but didn't have the luxurious amenities and feel I was hoping for that I've experienced at other Melia locations. Another positive is that is well located as it was walking distance from so many shops and restaurants which was great.

Great hotel. Right on the beach so awesome location Claudia at the front desk was extremely helpful with rooms for families to be on the small floor and everything else we asked her.

Lacked attention to detail. Service was slow. The staff at the kids club were incredible.

this place got an extra star for me by offering complimentary shower and towel right next to luggage storage on the last day after noon checkout. essentially an extra beach day

We loved the resort and the staff. Very great rooms.

This was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The Level upgrade was worth every penny; the room was spotless and had a great view, was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The Level check in more than exceeded our expectations - truthfully I don’t think I have ever received such a warm and genuine welcome. The Level amenities - private pool, dining space - were a really nice perk. The food available throughout the day and the happy hour met most of our dietary needs, although we did occasionally venture out for more diverse meals. Meliá Magaluf set a very high bar for us and we will definitely be back!

Good view, location, and walkable beach area with many options for food and entertainment.

Lovely hotel, half board is worth the extra as the selection is good. The hotel is next yo Nikki Beach so there is you can hear the beach club vibes. We loved this but may not suit all people.

Amazing

Hotel was good, unfortunately it was seriously let down by the check in procedure which took over an hour, with large queues forming and people becoming irrational. This happening at the beginning of your stay puts you in a challenging frame of mind.

We had a great stay! We especially enjoyed the easy beach access and the great Level services. In addition, both Tatyana on the Level floor and Jonathan at the front desk helped to make our stay excellent with incredible personalized service.

Perfect hotel for summer vacation, fully equipped with 2 pools, spa and good breakfast. Beach views are great also.

Parking was also free and easy to park.

Everything was good about the property except you need to pay for the beach chairs which is 10 Euros and 3 Euros for the umbrellas and the company which charges you at the beach is quite nasty and rude when you asked him why should we pay for the chairs and got angry and used bad words! That was quite a bad taste in my mouth! But staff were quite quick, helpful and friendly I give the staff 10 stars!

Staying here is like visiting the paradise. We love !
