Excellent property for nature lovers. On site dining was excellent- bar was great as well. Excellent staff even assisted me with a medical emergency that required translation with local medical personnel.

Friendly staff in a very well situated hotel. Beautiful views from the rooms. Dinner and lunch menu was a bit limited but there are plenty of alternative eateries locally.

Best view of all our hotels on this two week trip. Unbelievably serene and quiet. A real retreat from the hectic daily grind and crazy world. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast overlooking the pool and sea was excellent.

Beautiful view if you get an ocean view room! Fantastic breakfast that was included in our room price. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice hotel great location slightly dated hotel staff friendly .. we had a nice top floor suite for 3 nights but there was a noise problem with air con thst we had to report they managed to sort it ..

Excellent professional standard of service from friendly staff. Attention to detail is superb - cleanliness and crisp linen napkins. Unfortunately we got the worst room in the hotel which had a smell of wet rot and a noisy chimney outside the bathroom window so we could not leave it open.

The Entrance side has no balkonies, but inside our room, we had an inside balkony with two chairs and club table to enjoy the view to the mainland and the sea. Also a view to the parking and the thermal sources across. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The dinner with the half board was also tasty and we enjoyed the view to the sea. I can recommend half board, as there are not much other options on the island - unless you are willing to drive to the next village over the bridge.

My experience was so good, I slept well, The hotel is located in a corner of the La Toja Island, I liked the views. The only problem is that my Personal Computer was stolen from my room while I was dining in the cafeteria. I am waiting if my computer appears, I hope that. The SPA and the massages was so good.

Relaxing...should have stayed longer! Get the sea view if possible...the car park view does not have the same attraction!

Nice hotel, needs some renovation, but it is comfortable, the staff is excellent, they even offer to give us a snack, to take to the plane because we live early in the morning and miss breakfast The view from my window was beautiful. The salty water in the pool was nice. The breakfast was excellent I have a great time.

Toja island it's a great natural environment and this hotel is a peaceful place for enjoy it. It's not new, it's not modern but rooms are in good conditions and really clean. The service, especially the front desk, was great and breakfast and meals excellent. The swimming pool area is nice which a amazing view.

I'd really like to recommend this hotel. Unfortunately I found it very disappointing. I booked it through hotels.com as a last minute offer. At 120 euros per room (we were three guests and took 2 rooms), it wasn't exactly cheap for this area of Spain especially since hotel standards in Spain are usually very high. Be warned that when you get the offer you will be given a room on the top floor accessible only though a small separate lift. The floor most have been a smoking floor before because it smells. There are carpets everywhere and the safe is an old fashioned one with a key. Of course they make you pay a deposit for the key! It is the penthouse floor so views are limited. They also made us pay to use the spa every time we used it. Amazing at that price since the spa was the reason we went there in the first place. If we just wanted a room we could have done much better for that price. Staff were extremely pretentious and patronising but hilariously also rather cheap and very fake, almost comic. Clientele also quite pretentious.

The hotel is good, if you want to stay at a quiet place. Even there is a casino next door and a parking place in front of the window there was not really much noise to disturb. This might be different during high season. The price-quality ratio was excellent.

Fantastic location and very good service from all staff (especially Sergio at the front desk who really should be giving lessons in customer service to some of the others who work at reception). Hotel might be close to needing a bit of an update (the shelf beside the bed fell off and the carpet had a few marks) but overall very, very satisfied with the very large room and large double bed. The outside pool is great and the bar/cafe at the pool very handy.The restaurant and cafe have separate menus and also seating areas in the same dining room, which is more than a little odd - they really should just allow access to either menu wherever you sit (pool, restaurant or cafe) and let the customer decide.The spa is well worth a visit (although you do have to pay just to go to go and sit in their hot pools, which should be included in the hotel price). Carolina (at the Thalasso spa front desk) was very attentive in making spa/massage bookings. My massage was relaxing but a bit too gentle. The island of La Toja is an absolute jewel and should not be missed for a relaxing break and the bustling seaside town of O Grove is only 20 mins walk away. This hotel is a great place to stay and enjoy the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely efficient and helpful with english translation. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The room was impeccable each day and the appearance of the hotel was immaculate. We cannot say enough nice things about this place. We would highly recommend to all of our friends and family. This place and area of Spain is a well kept secret and we intend to share the secret with our loved ones. Our hats are off to the staff for a job well done!
