Hotel was very nice. Only negative things I could say is that there is not enough parking and if you are in an even numbered room you are facing the subway and it’s very noisy .

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Roma. Conveniently located near the metro, shopping, and cafes. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend staying here.

Easy to find, staff was helpful and we were able to get to our room a bit earlier than check in time. Beds were comfy. We would stay here again.

Nicer than expected and close to the airport. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were nice. The shower was larger than most European showers and also had a bathtub. I would stay here again. We had 2 rooms for 5 people.

Convenient location for the airport (which was what we wanted for one night stay), friendly and helpful staff including in the restaurant, good buffet breakfast and lunch deal in the restaurant, spacious communal areas, clean spacious bedroom. Decor a bit dated but overall a great experience.

most of staff was excellent, one at desk was more interested in helping out someone who was behind me in line than me. ended up walking away.

Room was clean, but the coffee machine was of no use as there were no coffee pods neither any tea bags for early risers , staff Andre was very helpful , good knowledge about the city for guidance, excellent explanation with shared experiences. There was also free storage available and place to rest if your flight is late. This was really helpful. Everything was very convenient and close like groceries, cafes restaurants, metro station , train station. I will surely come back again .

One thing that was disappointing was that there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee or coffee pods. After a long flight from Mumbai, India with a missed/rebooked flight at Frankfurt arriving in Lisbon at nine pm, all I wanted was a coffee and bed. I called the receptionist and was told that I would have to purchase the coffee at that hour. The room fridge had no water, or coffee pods or even a pack of juice! Disappointing indeed!

I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport. Place is well located, lots of food places within walking distance. Breakfast buffet is good quality!

Clean and comfortable beds. A great local to the metro and parking station. You feel safe and comfortable. Front desk is friendly. The free breakfast has a wide range of food. Fresh and tasty.
