We travel a lot and stay in some of the best properties all over the world. Nixe palace was fantastic in every aspect. Food, service, insane views from all the rooms… wow! And truly what an incredible location! The hotel sits on one of the nicest beaches! But what really stood out is the attentiveness and professionalism of their staff. Their front desk staff, bellman, and concierge team is beyond outstanding. When do you go to a hotel and front desk leaves a lasting impression? Well in this case they did. They were so helpful with dinner reservations, instructions of what to do and where to go. They even helped us get our phone back from a rental car company that took off with it. Everything was so beyond top notch at this hotel. It’s truly rare to see in even top 5 star properties. This hotel is truly a gem. We plan to come back every summer and recommend to all our friends.

Excellent hotel /staff all went above and beyond to help -only quibble -must sun beds by the pool reserved by 8.30 by people laying towels out and then not returning until around 11.00

Very excellent service. Our son got married In Mallorca and we had one the events at the hotel about 30 people stayed at this hotel out of 85. Everyone loved it.

The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. The experience contrasts with other 5 star hotels where the service is impeccable.

This is a beautiful hotel located right on the beach. The staff are wonderful and the adjacent area has many nice restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was a double and was very adequate. Bed was extremely comfortable. Our friends stayed in a room with terrace overlooking ocean which was exceptional! Breakfast was very good although a bit pricey. Pool restaurant was very good. Lobby bar was great with gorgeous ocean views.

Not really a lot for kids to do. More a hotel and beach holiday…. Always do trips though.

The hotel was nice. We had a Seaview which was amazingly. The bathroom was slightly old looking. Breakfasts was lovely.

Very nice breakfast at the terrace overlooking the ocean. Very delicious options and great variety.
