We had a horrible stay. We complained about the loudness and ceiling stomping that went from 6am to 4am. Other visitors complained as well. The more we complained the louder it got. Loud music we were able to hear all night. We were unable to rest the staff did not handle the problem until 4am in the morning. We had to be up by 7am to get back on the road without resting. Horrible experience. I will never stay here again.

Great stay.

The bed was super comfy and I loved the very large T.V in the room. However, in the bathroom there was black mold on the ceiling and the walls. I was sourly disappointed that breakfast consisted of bagels, boiled eggs and cold cereals. For the price of the room for just one night I would have expected a hot breakfast bar.

Will not book again, ever! Staff, well the one I encountered, was very rude, had an attitude and unwelcoming. There were bags of trash outside my door when I first got there. I notice mold and mildew. During my 2 night stay, the hallway stayed dirty with trash and trash bags sat in corners far too long for guests to be staying there. No ice bucket nor plastic cups to get ice. Breakfast included boil eggs, instant oatmeal, cereal, yogurt machine, bagels, muffins and coffee, no hot food. The young lady at the front desk at check in was very nice, welcoming and informative.

Bed and room wasn’t cleaned but they gave us another room. The ac was leaking on the floor then they gave us another room. We moved twice in one nice not comfortable but they made it right

everything was clean. i like to be cold in my room but it wasnt as cold as id like it to be but thats okay.

No complaints, the staff from the front desk, the breakfast area and the cleaning crew were very helpful when needed.

Very nice stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I arrived a little early and they let me check in. I added another night after I had booked my original stay. I was able to stay in the same room with no stress of changing rooms. Nice bagel and cereal bar for breakfast. Clean and comfy room. The only reason I marked condition of proper down was the vent in the bathroom was on its last legs and sounded pretty rough and the shower head adjustment was broken. Otherwise everything was great!

The breakfast was just a cold breakfast no waffles, pancakes nothing that was the only thing everything else was really good

Room was clean, staff was friendly, walls between rooms are paper thin. I could literally hear the people breathing in the room next to me. I wish I was lying because I couldn't sleep! Breakfast had minimal options.

Front desk lady acted like we were putting her out just being there. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had at any hotel ever.

This hotel is conveniently located near many attractions in Destin. The property was clean and so was the room. The beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. In general, I’ll rather skip the “included” breakfast that many hotels offer but this one was pretty decent.
