This property is amazing! The grounds are absolutely immaculate and stunningly beautiful! The rooms are gorgeous, food at the restaurant was excellent, the staff were all amazing. The property is vast with so many areas to explore, so much history, a fascinating museum. The pool area is beautiful. There was even a great air conditioned pool table room. We loved everything about this place and will definitely return!

Short one night stay but wish we could have stayed more to make the most of the peacefulness and sensitively restored historic property. Food was fantastic and it was a short drive to the wonderful Mucuyche cenotes.

Wonderful experience! Loved the tour of the property and the short bike tour to a private cenote. Food was excellent. Very clean rooms. Really felt like I went back in time. Kind and friendly staff.

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed. The upgraded room’was fabulous Calming, available bird watching tours on premises, private cenote where guests can swim privately, haciéda tours, the spa services are amazing; i recommend you try the « ritual » The staff is kind, knowledgeable and diligent I loved this place!!🌻🌻

We spent an amazing four days at the Hacienda. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path. It’s a very unique and historic location. There is a small cenote on site that you can’t swim in and a slightly larger cenote a 30 minute walk away. Unfortunately we couldn’t get our spa/ bath to fill up. Overall great trip.

Very over priced place. The whole amenities are very outdated! The shower has no warm water. The location is not easy to access

Believe that the Hacienda should do more for social responsibility and pay locals to help clean the surrounding areas.

A beautiful Hacienda located in the middle of nowhere. Staff mainly from local people, very friendly. Very clean however the property needs some maintenance. The Restaurant is wonderful with a very nice view to the garden and pool. A lot of things to do close to the property but you need a car or hire a taxi driver for the day because nearby attractions are at least 30 minutes driving.

This place is paradise! It is absolutely beautiful! If you really want to rest & recharge this is the place. Secluded & Quiet with nature all around you. The hotel staff is outstanding! they treat you like royalty! Food at restaurant is excellent as well. The only thing to consider, there's absolutely nothing to do outside the 111 acres of the Hacienda property. You are literally out in the middle of the forest, about 50 mins from Merida. So going back and forth to the city and back can add up. Can't wait to go back though!!

The Hacienda has great historical and cultural values. Very quiet, friendly staff , you will get a good sleep .

It is a wonderful place. However, it needs some time of entertainment at night. Example: Guitar player or something.

Really enjoyed the hacienda experience. I found the stay to be a bit noisy with its proximity to a nearby pueblo. The staff was very friendly and certainly accommodating.

It's an old rope-making "hacienda", with what is the factory "ruins" located behind the swimming pool. Quite atmospheric. Food was excellent. Staff friendly and willing to please. The big downside is the inconvenience of the various aspects of the facility, which is quite spread out. The swimming pool is a 5-7 minute walk from the rooms. The car park is also about the same distance in a different direction. The walkways are composed of irregular stones, which impedes fast walking. This property is definitely not "accessible". Nothing much to do here, though Uxmal is only 45 minutes away. Our first night the water in the shower ran only lukewarm (meaning, I couldn't take a shower - quite disappointing considering the price of the room).

Очень странное место , ужасное расположенно , далеко от Мерида , такси не вызвать или приезжают через 2 часа или вообще не приезжают. Отель очень обычный уровень примерно 4 звёзды , за , что получил все награды непонятно .Ресторан в отеле не плохой , но ничего особенного, еда обычная . Сервис средний , плохим не назвать , но точно не 5 звёзд .

We have now stayed at all five haciendas in Mexico under this “Luxury Collection” umbrella: Santa Rosa, San Jose, Temozon, Uayamon, and Campeche. This one wasn’t the most beautiful but I loved the room, the food was great, and the staff very friendly.

El lugar es precioso y desde que llegas te sientes muy bienvenido. Pero la comida es pésima! Es increíble que un hotel de este categoría no pueda tener 1 solo plato decente en su menú, y ni hablar del bar y las bebidas.

Beautifully maintained historical property. Rooms are fabulous and service is excellent.

The staff was great and very helpful. The restaurant's food was delicious and homemade.
