It was ok.

We arrived early and our room was ready so for $30 we could check in. Our room was not clean and the bunk beds were not made…when making the bed we discovered the comforter was not clean. We went down to the front seat and they were very accommodating and gave us a new room and did not charge us for the early check in as well as waived the parking fees. Although the hotel is dated we thought it was good. A few days after arriving home home I noticed a charge on my cc from the hotel…not sure what is for but am not impressed

When we arrived, we did not have enough towels. We asked housekeeping to bring us towels while we were out for the evening. We came back after 7 1/2 hours and still no towels. When we called the front desk a second time, they told us to come downstairs to get the towels. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Hotel room was great! Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Parking garage had water intrusion and was muddy in many places but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

Great location! Family friendly! Friendly staff ! Can use a little upgrades in bathrooms and carpeting but it was a pleasant stay!

Great location! The direct connection to the water park was a huge plus. One thing to note, though: the elevator doesn’t go to the level with the skybridge, so if you’re traveling with a stroller, you’ll still need to navigate stairs. We requested a crib and extra bedding before arrival, but neither was in the room. We mentioned it again the following day and, unfortunately, still never received them. As a result, our little one ended up sleeping in our bed. The biggest disappointment was the room itself. It had a very strong smell of urine mixed with cigarette smoke, which made it unpleasant from the moment we walked in. The beds were average—not particularly comfortable, but not terrible either. The hotel only has one elevator, so during check-in and check-out it becomes extremely congested. Since it’s located right beside the front desk, the lobby can feel like a bit of a bottleneck. We did enjoy the courtyard. It was a great space for my husband and the kids to play while I packed up. That said, if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to avoid a room overlooking the courtyard, as it could get noisy. We were exhausted and could’ve slept through anythingt, so it didn’t bother us. The location is convenient, with easy access from the highway, meaning you don’t have to drive through the busiest tourist areas. Overall, I found the hotel to be significantly overpriced for what it offered. The photos online made it appear much nicer than reality.

The hotel was filthy and out dated, you have to pay for parking and it difficult to even find parking spaces, there is only one elevator and this place really isn't very handicapped accessible. There is no breakfast included you must pay for it and it at the Perkins thats connected to the hotel and the meal dosent come with drinks you have to pay extra for drinks. Iqould not recommend staying at this hotel as its not worth the excessive cost to stay there.

The location was perfect to casino and downtown. The restaurant attached to it was horrible! Do not waste your time. The showers were outdated and did not work great. Family friendly.

Lots of parking but would have liked to have fees included in stay or opt out option similar to the water park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Niagara Falls attractions and eateries. Great place to stay for families or a weekend getaway. Perkins restaurant was conveniently located right beside the hotel, great service,

Paid $500 for a room for it to just smell like pee. Room was dirty. 2 stars because of waterpark that's all.

It was a great experience as i upgraded our room to a family suite, but the new room doesnt have a microwave no kettle to make the coffe and the coffee maker doesnt have the pitcher too. Washroom is clogged and bath thub is dirty and damaged.

Location is great.

It was so close to waterfalls, Clifton hills and walking distance to Casino. They just need to change the shower head

Very late check in time.

The venue is great for families if you have interest in going to the waterpark. Getting around was kind if confusing at first because there is one main way in and out. The rugs in the main hallway are a tripping hazard if your not careful because they are are warpped up. The ac in the room only cooled the room to 70 even if you blasted it to 60. The hotel out of the 4 or 5 hotels in that plaza is the most incovient to access if you de ide to walk to the strip. This hotel is all the way in the back and you have to cut ghrough parking de ks of nicer hotels to get to it. They do offer complimentary fans. The hotel is right off of Clifton hill which is the main tourist hub next to the falls. It is a good value for the money if you dont mind a couple of nuissances of this location. This was my honest assessment.

Check in is a horrible time (after 4pm). Pretty much the day is gone especially when you need to rest after traveling and you have to wait for your room. I will not be booking there due to this.

The property was unique because it had distinctive features that made it stand out from others, such as its design, location, size, or special amenities.

Never stay in Courtyards... Noise from upstairs was horrible. The shower running constantly was too bad.. you can never rest!

Our air conditioner didn’t work 2 1/2 of the four days there was only one ice machine and it was always empty. They tried hard to fix the air conditioners, but it didn’t help not good with four grandchildren.
