Room was clean but equipment was not clean room smelled

Unfortunately this place didn’t meet even our lowest expectations. The place as a whole is run down, and in desperate need of some TLC! It appears that the pride for the establishment has taken a hit. Beds are uncomfortable, carpet is pulling apart and heaving. Our shower had rust spots everywhere, when the other unit would shower it would sound like the walls were vibrating. Dirty towels, face towels, etc. The noise and the disruption well into the night was by far the worst I have ever had. Doors slamming, banging, and screaming until all hours of the night. Neither of our three kids slept and we are paying the price! Literally. The representation of the place as a whole is very misleading!! I do not take pleasure in writing negative reviews but this one needed to be said.

No elevator and it was a shame because it was hard for me to walk stairs . I booked this hotel the first time and there should of been a compensation for the inconvenience

Great hotel, staff are great! Only thing, didn’t like that the our only window looked onto the inside courtyard so had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy.

The elevator was out of service. Upon arrival the person at check in advised the elevator was not working but they should be fixing it soon they just weren't sure what time. The elevator was out of service up until our departure the next afternoon.

Great location for a family trip

Shops and stores are nearby, walking distance to restaurants and interesting fun activities for kids and adults.

AC in the rooms did not work, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Elevator was broken causing many families including ours to be carrying heavy strollers up and down the stairs. Ants in our room and rooms do not get very dark overnight given the large windows into the courtyard that has lights on all night. Perkins restaurant on site had incredibly long waits to be served, a little tough with young kids. Probably would not return.

Family of 8 in two rooms and we had a great time! Beds were super comfortable, rooms were clean. We loved the courtyard vibes and the fact that the waterpark was SO close to walk to! Staff were great and friendly, seamless check in & out. Our only concern was the amount of strollers and trolleys all needing to use the only 1 elevator, in and out in a small spaced hallways was a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise, a perfect staycation spot!

It was an easy walk to the indoor water park from the skywalk bridge. Not very many amenities the hotel offers but you are a 5 min walk to Clifton Hill. Check in was pretty busy at 4pm so we didn’t get into our room until close to 5pm which we only had about 3 hrs for the waterpark which closed at 8pm. Although you can go the next day you really had to plan, because you can only enter at 9 am but checkout at 11am. Overall the kids at fun and it was very affordable.

We spent 4 nights during March break which was supper busy of course specially after 10 pm we couldn’t get rest because all kids and teenagers were up and running around making noise till 1 am and people can jump all night on the second level to make sure u not get enough rest . That was very annoying. Room cleanness was not great and parking was another issue. The one in the building is very small with limited capacity and the additional parking is on the other side of the street which is not convenient specially in cold weather. Front desk is always busy not enough teller . The building is old and has not a descent size lobby. On the whole I don’t recommend this place.
