We stayed at Reina Victoria in Valencia with our children. It is perfectly located as its 500m from the train station and then right on the border into the busy streets of Old Valencia. If I had to say one thing, it was that the TV was not great and it was hard to get it working. The kids just needed a couple of hours of rest time but we resorted to watching something on our phones.

All the staff were very cheerful and went out of their way to help. Room was spacious and clean and shower was amazing. Location perfectly central - simple journey on metro from airport and a bus stop immediately outside. Breakfast plentiful with lots of choice and proper coffee.

The hotel was comfortable but the property needs a little TLC. Walls and carpets were stained and there was no parking at the property. The nearest lot was a 7 minute walk. It was good but not exceptional.

The maître d at the front desk was incredibly helpful with recommendations and each place that he suggested was phenomenal! The room was clean, modern and cute and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the proximity to everything. The only bad thing is that we only spent one night here!!

Nice hotel. Only issue was the shower drain was slow to drain so the bathroom floor was very wet.

Pros: The room was modern and big for European standards. Nice bathroom with great waterfall shower and pressure. Hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to all sites and restaurants. Overall, a good place to stay. Cons: Courtyard view was basically the side of the building. Paid breakfast was good, nice selection, but hot food (eggs & bacon) were cold two days in a row. I informed staff the first day.

Reasonable city centre hotel clean room unfortunately bathroom had a drain smell but clean Bed comfortable Alarm went off at 1 in morning and took a while to fix little info given to guests

The staff were very helpful in recommending eating places and minor queries regards the hotel. Helpful with earlier check in and departure taxi booking.

Excellent location. Hotel was in a good condition. Rooms were a little Spartan, but very comfortable and roomy which is a plus.

The hotel is very central to all areas of Valencia, the hotel was clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. We had breakfast which was very good and the staff, particularly on reception were very polite, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Really liked this hotel. Clean, central, comfortable. Great breakfast. Dropped a star because the bar closes at 21:30, along with the computer desk. So there's nowhere to work or get a drink after 21:30 if your partner or family have gone to sleep in the room and you need / want to stay up. Because of that, actually not sure we'd stay again.

Amazing hotel in the heart of everything. Would certainly stay again.
