Front Desk Check-In: During my stay, the check-in process was slower than expected, despite two staff members being present at the front desk. I observed that only one person was actively assisting guests, the person was there just chitchatting as if there wasn’t a line, they were also dressed as if going to a basketball game and not proper work attire . The bathtub in my room was clogged with hair and failed to drain properly. Another guest in the lobby reported the same issue. I was informed that the issue would be addressed first thing in the morning, since this was a housing issue . The room carpet was visibly stained and in need of professional cleaning. Additionally, the sofa bed required a new mattress, as the existing one was uncomfortable as you can feel every spring . Upon arrival, the room did not have sufficient linen for the three adults I had indicated during the reservation process. I had to call the front desk to request additional linen, which was later delivered by a staff member. The sign in the laundry room instructed guests to ask the front desk for detergent. However, upon inquiry, I was informed that it was the guest's responsibility to provide their own. I suggest that you either provide detergent for guests or update the signage to reflect the current situation. . while I have enjoyed my stays at your hotel in the past, my recent experience has left me disappointed.

The good - very friendly and helpful staff. Large room well laid out. Good location. Fantastic chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. The not-so-good - old fixtures, tubs and sinks that don't drain well, lights too dim, horrible breakfast. Sort of a run-down place that could use a facelift. My rating would have been lower except for the great reception staff and those amazing cookies.

There was hair on the carpet and I saw a roach on the wall in the kitchenette. The place smells like roach spray and dirty carpet. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And to top it off the staff is not friendly

The hotel needs some TLC, but the staff and other factors like breakfast, airport shuttle, and location made up for it. One of the most helpful and polite hotel staff I have encountered. Would stay there again.

Staff was helpful, room was clean. Limited dining options nearby, none really walkable, but you can get anything via delivery. only stayed one night but happy with price and room. Plan to stay here again when in area.

Called the hotel for the airport pick up and was told 3 times, can't talk now and hung up on us. We had to wait 2 hrs for a pick up. He driver was great and friendly. I was the staff behind the desk, so rude. We had requested a room with a pull out couch, asked for bedding 2 times and finally had to go down and get them ourself. The room was musty smelling and looked very worn out.

My room had a bug smashed on the wall and fingernail clippings on the rug. The cleaner was in the hall so she came and vacuumed and cleaned the wall. It obviously wasn’t done between guests.

We landed at 6:45 p.m. I called the property to ask them to send the shuttle, and the man who answered was very rude. I asked him where to wait for the shuttle. He told me to ask someone at the airport, and after I got there, call them back. When we tried to call back at the shuttle pickup location, we were hung up on 11 times. I'm not exaggerating. The phone picked up, nobody said anything, and then the calls disconnected. We called our friends, who were already at the property, and asked them to go to the front desk and tell them where we were and to come get us. When our friend asked them why he kept hanging up on us, he told them that he had just put us on hold. This was patently false. He disconnected our phone calls 11 times. If we had not had friends already there to help, we never would have gotten a shuttle at all. We waited over an hour for the shuttle. When it arrived, it was almost full, and did not have the space to take us and our luggage. The man driving the shuttle was very nice, and said he would come back for us. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes for him to come back. When we told the driver what happened with the man at the front desk he said it was not the first time someone complained about him. I have never stayed at a hotel where I was treated so poorly. This was inexcusable. If we had taken a cab, we would have gotten here in 15 minutes. It was TWO HOURS from when we started waiting until we got to the hotel. I am LIVID at this treatment.
