for a 2pm check in. When i arrived with my group only one unit was ready. The second was ready around 3 and the 3rd was ready around 4pm. There was no explanation given and checkout is at 11am. 2 rooms were identical and the 3rd was not. The first room had a toilet issue. The group was relocated to another similar unit for 1 night while the toilet was fixed. The freezer did not work properly. The second unit was ok, but on the last night i found a cockroach inside. The 3rd unit was different then the others. Also, the balcony was i fested with cockroaches, espically at night where you could see multiple crwaling up the walls and on the floor. I would not recommend the hotel.

I love the place and easy access to the beach from here with car or on foot! Not too far from the center! Loved the pool and room as well!

Overall nice

There is everything you need here. The accommodation has enough space to move around. The beach is right on your doorstep and the boardwalk within a few metres means you cann walk into the town in 20 minutes. Staff are very Good with any query or help needed. Our stay in May/June meant the traffic outside was very light and restaurant reservations were easy. Locals tell me this is very different in August, which is what you would expect for this location. We had a fantastic time and will return

The location is absolutely perfect—right across from the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand and sea. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in Lagos. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional service we received from Catarina M at the front desk. She is, without a doubt, one of the best hospitality professionals we’ve ever encountered. Her patience, warmth, and professionalism were extraordinary. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. I sincerely hope the management recognizes her talent and considers her for promotion—she is a rare gem and a true asset to the Dom Pedro team. Our three-year-old daughter had an absolute blast—from splashing in the swimming pool, playing in the open spaces, to running around on the beach just steps away. It was a family-friendly paradise and we felt completely at ease throughout. The 0lace was very nice and very close to tje beach and only 10 minutes.ftom town. Had a tram that was very convenient and cheap way to get to town

we would recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful and safe vacation. Just what you want to relax and enjoy your time in Portugal. We would definitely stay here again anytime

What I like the most was the beach where the hotel is located at, people at the front desk very nice and friendly. Very good size suite and has a little kitchenette with all utensils. Lovely Pool green area and breakfast was real good. What I didn't like is the bed (wasn't comfortable) , the floor wasn't very clean (still shows sand from the previous guess) and door keys (wood doors and it is very hard to opened).

Everything was working! Bigger room than usual! Nice beach! A little bit apart the port but wakable distance, clean with a balcony! Staff at the bar was nice!

I liked the ocean view, but the property was a mile out of town, which I didn't realize. I didn't have transportation, so I had to walk along busy road to get there. Room could use some updating (paint chipping), but generally okay. Ordered a pizza from the bar, and it was a frozen pizza. I guess maybe I should have expected that. Breakfast was great!

Amazing! Came here for our anniversary and had the room set up beautifully for the occasion. Excellent service from the hotel staff and beautiful ocean and city view from our room on the third floor. Nice pool and loungers and 5 mins drive from the city Center

Location is lovely, quiet & relaxing. The beach & view are incredible. Breakfast was good. All in all, a very decent place to stay.

Conveniently right across from the beach. Room was a little dated, though in OK condition. Cleaning could have been more thorough, as there were unknown hairs on the tub.

My first thought upon entering our one bedroom apartment was how dated and bland it was. No pictures on the walls no colour just very bland white with terra-cotta floors. It had a very dated look and a very dated smell like the 15th century church we had just visited in Lisbon. That aside the suite itself was spacious and had a nice Outdoor patio with seating. The biggest issue was the beds. I felt like I was sleeping in an army barracks, the most uncomfortable beds ever. This included in thepull down Murphy bed, hoping it might be better, but it was the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on. If you like a super hard sleeping arrangement than this will work for you. However, when we turn the air-conditioning on at night, it made banging noises all night included after we turned the unit off. This of course kept us awake all night so we had no sleep. I had originally booked the room with the seaside view for four days which we did not get and I had paid for in advance And after two sleepless nights, we decided we wanted to check out earlier. We gave 48 hours notice and asked the front desk clerk if it would be OK if we checked out a night early. She said that was fine but we had to arrange it through Expedia because we had booked through them.For whatever reason this resort refused to refund us for the fourth night and said that we had to let them know seven days in advance. I would not recommend

Wonderful staff. The front desk staff were very kind, helpful and all spoke engish well. The location is right inside the old town across from the marina so within a few steps you have access to the plaza and the waterfront. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Cannot beat the price for a room in old town.
