Excellent location and service

Amazing hotel in a perfect location. We spent a week at this hotel with our baby and could not fault it. The staff at reception were so kind and helpful. Upon check in, the staff member noticed that it had been our baby’s first birthday a few days prior and organised for a bottle of cava and a cake to be sent to our room for us to celebrate. We were so appreciative of the thoughtful gesture. We stayed in a family room which was a really generous size. The hotel provided a baby bath. We have never came across this at any other hotels, and were so appreciative. They made travelling with a baby that bit easier by being so helpful. Thank you! The hotel is in a great location; walking distance to all the main attractions/areas. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent breakfast

Stayed for the weekend, it’s a lovely hotel, fabulous buffet breakfast, the price we paid for breakfast at the hotel was a lot cheaper than the price quoted when we booked the hotel. In an email to the hotel prior to my stay I mentioned we were staying there to celebrate our birthdays, they left a bottle of fizz and cake in our room for us, it was a beautiful gesture, making our stay extra special. The en-suite bathroom was lovely and spacious, with a hairdryer. The beds were comfortable. In the cupboard was a garment steamer, which I thought was brilliant instead of an ironing board and iron. The only negative, was the coffee machine in the room did not work, the capsules just fell throughout. Overall, a great hotel and stay. The location is great for exploring the city.

Rooms are tiny holiday inn style basics with a poor view

Easily walkable to the city center. Staff helpful. We had one opportunity during our stay and it was addressed right away. Note: our reservation stated our room would have air-conditioning. It did not. It was communicated that building 1 did not have A/C in rooms but we could move to building 2. Our rate included breakfast. Great selection of cold & hot options as well as local Malaga flavors to try.

Wonderful stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a Balcony to a superior room and loved it, what a fantastic surprise for our holiday. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I used the web-based app to order extra pillows which were delivered to our door quite quickly and with a friendly smile. The location was super - close enough to old town but quiet enough to be outside of the hustle and bustle. We also liked all the eco friendly things like water recycling and opting out of daily room cleaning and unnecessary towel replacements. Overall we were very happy with our stay, we’d recommend it to others and we’d stay here again.

Nice clean rooms, breakfast whilst advertised as ‘famous’ was about average, the hot food was a little bland.
