The hotel location is excellent, but the amenities are very poor no free water, no free things like toothbrush, no coffee or tea, no bathrobes or sleepers. The room only got the beds. Some of the staff at reception are very helpful others are not..

Clean rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Centrally located. Easy access to boat transportation.

Overall, the location is good, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The toilet area was very dark, and the shower room was extremely small. We stayed on the first floor and experienced frequent noise late at night and early in the morning from the street and the restaurant downstairs, with people talking loudly. There were also mosquitoes on many nights. Unfortunately, my child got several large bites on his face and ear, which made it difficult for him to sleep well.

Very nice quadruple room on the top floor. The hotel staff are very friendly and the location is unbeatable.

Very clean and well maintained rooms, Staff very friendly and helpful. Good variety for breakfast and although breakfast area is small it is well organised with time slots of your choice.

Excellent location. A bit inconvenient that we had to carry luggage up the last flight of stairs as elevator does not go all the way to the top. I have bad wrists and cannot lift. Breakfast was great, but very crowded.

The maids and helpers were wonderful. The location was also great.

The location is perfect, the room small , the room look clean but smell dusty and old. The bathroom is big for Venice. Staff is very nice , the breakfast is good. The a/c in November does not work , because they put the heater instead of the ac. But after oct 15 that always happens in Europe they don’t use the A/C just the heater. This is our 3 time in Venice , every hotel we have stayed ,is always like that you have to open the window, however I will stay again in this hotel because of the location and price. The hotel rooms .need improvement. The elevator does not go to the 4 floor if you have mobility problems stay in the 3 floor. We stayed in 4 floor but it was fine for us. The location is perfect.

Rooms small but spotless. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, so close to great restaurants and Piazza San Marco. Easy to get to from water shuttle.

Spent two nights here with my husband and son. Great location but would likely not return to the hotel. There was nothing wrong with it, it was clean and affordable but it was quite basic. Beds were comfortable but the pillows weren’t great, may be an Italy thing as our hotel in Florence had the same issue. Staff at the front wasn’t overly friendly either so there would be no draw to return.

Liked access to Rialto Bridge, San Marco Piazza, shops, restaurants, water taxi. Great breakfast.

Nice basic breakfast, staff lovely and helpful. Big room but a little darlted and shower has seen better days, although it had great water pressure. Fab location for getting around

I love the location of this place, closer to all the great restaurants esp the Michelin Star restaurant right next to it made our trip extra special

Trip to the top floor with no elevator to that level was annoying. Help getting our luggage there but no response getting it back down.
