No pure water bottles in the room. No coffee pot in room. Bathroom so small could not sit on the toilet without banging knees on the sink. Paid for breakfast 4 days and had no beakfast last day due to early flight but no refund or take away breakfast bits offered at all. Great location. Poor amenities. Will never stay there or recommend it again.

Staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic each morning. Location in the heart of San Marco, so was very close to all attractions and water shuttle. Although located in busy area, walls and windows were solid, so you couldn't hear the bustle on the street below. Highly recommend!

The hotel was in a brilliant location, 3 minute walk from Rialto and a 5 minute walk to St Marks square, it was a great base to go everywhere from while also being convenient to escape from the crowds during the day. Breakfast was great, typical Italian continental breakfast. We got the water bus from the airport to Rialto and from Rialto to the train station, with suitcases this hotel was very convenient. Our room was very comfortable with air con and clean. We didn't think the hotel provided hair driers but there was one in the bathroom. Would 100% reccomend this hotel and would come back again.

The breakfast had a wide variety of hot & cold selections. It was very good. At the desk they will ask you to pick a time between 7:30 - 10;00 as per the number of tables.

Nice clean hotel. 5 minute walk from Rialto and 15 min walk to San Marco Square. Very good buffet breakfast, excellent staff and even an elevator. Rooms are typical with small bathroom and small shower.

Hotel Gorizia is a true boutique hotel in a true palazzo in the heart of Venice. My room was decorated beautifully and the mini-bar's offerings were a joy to find after traveling. The beverages I enjoyed were also very fairly priced. The shower + bath + hair dryer are all new, modern and a pleasure to use. The water pressure was a wonder. There was an elegant vanity area simply created by a lovely large mirror, shelf, comfortable chair, and lamp. Located within steps of San Marco, I was able to arrive on time for an appointment there on a rainy Monday morning in only 5 minutes, and stayed dry with the help of the hotel's umbrella. Breakfast was a-cut-above -- delicious, fluffy, hot steam scrambled eggs and nibbles galore with fresh juices, yogurt, fruit, and more. Bonus: Hotel Gorizia "a' la Valigia" stationery which I loved finding on the vanity and wrote a letter home with! I LOVE the extremely well-priced, professionalky managed, and beautiful hotel. Torno subito di sicuro!

This place is lovely! Great location centered between Rialto stop on the Canal and walking to St. Mark's Square. Tonnes of restaurants all around. The hotel breakfast is wonderful and the staff are so helpful. There is an elevator too! The rooms are traditional and small - and the bathroom shower was crazy small. My husband is a tall/big man and it was a very tight fit! LOL - Would stay here again for a couple of nights.

The hotel is located near St Marks square and several restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is fine. It says it has air conditioning but I couldn’t get it to work.

Conveniently located at walking distance to San Marco square and Rialto. We stayed in a triple and it was just enough for older kids. If you have big suitcases, space is a challenge. Lots of restaurants & shops nearby There was a stocked fridge, but you pay for everything including water. Breakfast area is small, so you have to pre-pick a time slot. I would recommend a canal side breakfast or at San Marco square .. you are in Venice, make the most of outdoors. 24hr front desk & friendly staff.

The hotel location is excellent, but the amenities are very poor no free water, no free things like toothbrush, no coffee or tea, no bathrobes or sleepers. The room only got the beds. Some of the staff at reception are very helpful others are not..
