It was very dissapointed and unpleasant nites during our stay there. Booked for 5 nites from 9-14 May at Deluxe room...on the first nite when i entered the room found a mini cockroach on the bath tub, and one in the wastafel..i ignored it.. on the second nite when i came back to the hotel i found cockroach also on the pillow..but the climax is on the 3rd nites, in a nite we found so so many cockroach everywhere in our room. On the couch, on the table, on the leather chair, on the wall. It was everywhere in the room. Then i complained to the male receptionist who was not very friendly as though it is common happened there. That nite i was moved to Executive room in the upper floor, where i have to pack lot of things in the midnite time. The receptionist and the hotel staff should learn more hospitality and how to greet guest, i have never seen they smile in handling guests. They should learn more courtesy. One more thing, when i asked a restaurant breakfast staff for a spaghetti to be refilled in the display cause it is already empty, one of the staff came out ( supervisor maybe) and ask me to pay a charge if i would like a spaghetti . So weird..i only ask them to refill the spaghetti cause my daughter would like to have it but the food container is empty..and they charged us..this is my second time stayed here..and i wouldn't come back here again.. except u guys a cockroach lover..

I was booked a standard room in Furama and after that I don't like the room so much and I upgraded my room to executive and that's room so great 😊

I asked for extra towel, it took an hour and I had to call 3 times. Too slow. Check in staff (male) at 16.30 not friendly enough as hospitality worker. Why there is no slipper inside the room? But nice bed and clean. But my opinion this is not real 4 star hotel. I am a frequent traveller as well as tourism business travel agent. So I might think again to use this hotel. Thank You.

The first time check in I realized I've been given the room that's NOT the same with my room that I've booked. this is until I called the reception and tell them that the room is looks old and doesn't look the same with the room is booked on the picture. Suddenly they mentioned that they will change the room by tomorrow, but I insist to change by today. No service recovery from the hotel because they insist I need to wait for my new room at the reception instead of waiting in the old room that they gave me. The only good things is the location wise in the Silom area which I can easily find many things including the night life entertainment.

Honestly Not recommended for everyone who traveling and need to enjoy thailand. Air conditioner is broken. TV no signal. Bathroom leakage (ceiling) Floor full of dust. Many times error with roomcard. Staff is not polite and friendly

Good location in the heart of Silom. The atmosphere is like being in a foreign country. Walk to BTS Chong Nonsi 700-800 m. The room is spacious, 40 sq m. and up in every room. Strong WiFi in every area from the rooftop pool to the underground. Inexpensive, worth it.

During check-in, the bellboy asked for a tip, said there was no cash, but they still asked for it. It was not okay at all. Another thing is that I told the receptionist to clean the room at 7am on Sunday morning. I came back in the evening at 5pm and they still hadn't done it. They didn't care about the guests at all.

First of all, after checking in, the bell boy delivered the luggage to the room and asked for a tip, which was really bad. When I said I didn't have any, he waited until I gave it to him. Really bad!
