Old building , minimum equipment but with everything we needed ( elevator but you need to climb around ten stairs to get in or reach your room ) Good breakfast, dinning room if needed. Grocery store walking distance ( 10 min). Near public transport ( bus just in front) Staff very helpful ( five stars service)

Good place, convenient location

A great location and great value. Outside of the core but on excellent public transit lines. Great restaurant and wonderful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Service is excellent. Location is ok because there are bus stops near the hotel that can be taken to visit the major points of interest of the city.

Nice spacious room, helpful and efficient staff. Just a pity that wifi reception is very poor in room (413).

I liked the fact that the hotel offers services liked selling transport tickets and airport assistant. The accommodation location was convenient for buses and close to Central. But the hotel is on the main road and can get very noisy from vehicles driving passes. Hotel facilities standard is poor, kitchen utilities were disappointed, kettle faulty, unsturdy pot handle, no chopping aboard, very few items that is usable. Had terrible sleepness nights and bad back due to soft mattresses and awkward, stick out wooden bed frames which caused bruise on my legs. The furnitures in the room were mixed and watched. We had two differences red oak dinning chairs and a very low black coffees table. I did made two requests for exactly what was on the website picture which didn't happen till half durations of our stayed. For windows European/ UK buildings standard regulations testing for safety I believe it is a failed. The windows locks keeps coming loose and two large panels opened inwards. The external windows were never been cleaned and the requested to have its clean was being ignored.

Old proprety, we were not given a good room. We noticed better rooms with balcony and easier access. We had to climb some stairs to get to the elevator and had to go down some stairs to get to our room.

Room is very big . Nice location , safe and excellent breakfast .

The washer was broken and only 3 of 6 windows had dark blinds. Horrible to wake early as room lite up by sun. Odd they didn’t have full window blinds

The staff of the hotel is very nice. The property is located in a quiet area close to bus stops. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has had some renovations but still a bit dated, which is fine by me just some pictures don’t represent that well but the room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of selection. The only downside was we were not informed that the hotel restaurant was closed for the weekend prior to arrival or upon arrival. Overall great stay!

Although the building is far from new, room was big and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Laundry facilities definitely a plus. Restaurant at the hotel for dinner was a pleasant surprise - excellent meal and impecable service.

Great place, good service, great location

A really lovely 3 star hotel on the Bufa aidw of the city, just a short distance from all the main attractions of the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the on site restaurant was excellent.
