The breakfast was great hot food was hot . They had a good variety of bread bagels & English muffins. Fruit was very fresh . Staff was very friendly and helpful!.

The room was clean & bright with a great view. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Parking was secure and very convenient. Love all the amenities close by (lots of restaurants and venues within walking distance). Felt safe at night.

Excellent hotel !!! Helpful staff,very clean throughout,great breakfasts & walking distance to popular downtown activities. The prices are very good compared to other downtown Kelowna accomodations. Our family stays here whenever we need a hotel in Kelowna.

Terrible 5:20 am wake up because the cleaning lady hit the alarm button. Wasn't impressed by that!! Otherwise a perfect stay - educate your staff.

Easy check in/out, secure parking and location made my business stay easy. I didnt get to try the continental breakfast, it looked good. Rooms are updated, clean and comfortable.

Surprisingly nice hotel, didn’t look like much from the outside but the rooms were quite nice and all facilities seem updated. The parking situation is kind of poor, but the best it can be given the location

Great location, short walk to the lake. The hotel and rooms have been updated. Excellent service by friendly staff, and clean rooms. Breakfast includes various choices including freshly cut fruit. Will definitely recommend to others, and stay there again on future visits to Kelowna.

The room was huge with a lovely view. Check in was easy and everything was updated and very clean. Parking was a pain. We drive a mid size SUV and the parking was so cramped we almost didn't know if we would fit, but we did manage to squeeze in there. That would be the only negative about this hotel.
