The hotel was nice and convent to the train. The area around was the hotel was not clean.

It was lovely to spend one night at Ramada. It is a five minutes walk from Napoli main train station!

A good value at right price.

Excellent! This hotel is conveniently located in the central of Naples. It’s walkable to restaurants, shops but it’s a bit walk to central location. The surrounding appears not safe but it’s on a very busy street. Lots of graffiti gave the impression of not a safe place but we felt ok on our second day. It’s a gated hotel and gate was locked at night. One needs hotel card to get in. We would stay here again the next time we visit Naples.

The general room was clean and comfortable with the exception of what looked like mold in the shower grout and ceiling.

The staff was great especially the front desk staff was extremely accommodating. The lobby, restaurant, bar and elevators were clean and that’s were it stops for a 4 star hotel! The room we were in was DATED! The wallpaper was peeling, ceiling light fixtures were ready to fall out, one had no cover, area around wall switches dirty, bathroom had mold or mildew in the grout, hand held shower broken and didn’t stay in holder. High white stain on rug although the beds were clean. I was very let down and shocked this was a Wyndham / Ramada brand hotel! My asthma even flared up every time I was in the room. The hotel itself is down the block from Naples train station and the area is disgusting, trash rats etc, and full of undesirables. Reminds me of the Bowery or west side of midtown manhattan before they cleaned it up. Three stars is generous

Lovely room and bathroom. Excellent staff service throughout the hotel. We also chose to have dinner in the hotel and a croissant breakfast the next morning. The food was lovely. Reception staff were really good offering lots of advice but at any time there is only one person on duty. This means waiting some time to check in and check out. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay again as I travel through Napoli frequently. However the manager should consider having a back up receptionist when it is busy

The location is on the ghetto side and due to construction next door, it was somewhat dirty. Our room was smelly when first entered, some kind of funky smell. I noticed that there was visible mold in the bathroom walls and also a hole at our entrance door from the inside. Overall, it was ok. My friend booked the same type of room but got upgraded so their room was much better. We booked the one with 2 bunked beds for 2 teens and 2 adults - family room. Overall, it was a bit far fetch that it is a 3.5 to 4 stars hotel. I think due to the location and conditions of the property, 2 stars is more appropriate. A bit disappointed since we did pay quite high per night.
