Hotel furniture is quite old and needs replacing. Staff are fine but not super helpful. Good restaurant and very good buffet prices.

The room definitely did not meet a 4 star standard: old amenities: bedding, mattress curtains, shower, hairdryer etc.; washroom design was poor and the water splashed everywhere. The room was not very clean. We stayed the first night on 22-23 and it was not so bad. The 2nd stay on the 24-27 was worse, our room was not clean and noisy. It’s an old hotel so you could hear everything outside and above the room. Staff was ok-ish. I would not stay at this hotel again given the price, local tax and the condition of the room/hotel overall.

Reminds me of a holiday inn from the 1980 but a tired version . The staff are friendly , the breakfast hall took me back To being in the army and the elevators are slower than an asthmatic ant with obesity.

This was a great choice for a quick one night stay while transferring from one airport to another.

Staff was extremely rude to us and the room was completely dirty with broken door and bathroom toilet. Our balcony door lock was broken. Never would stay here again

Their breakfast was a beautiful set up on the roof top.

Great hotel for the price and location!

I stayed at Occidental Aran Park during my summer vacation.Overall,it is a decent property. The amenities and gadgets at the hotel are a bit dated. I liked the ambience though. There is a lot of greenery, and it is located in a very quiet area. The downside is that there are limited dining options close by. You need take public transportation or a taxi downtown to find food to eat.

Rooms were good. Service was also pleasant.

Rooms were ok. However, very far out of the city centre so wouldn’t recommend to stay for a city break in Rome as it is a lot of travelling time!

Terrible staff,dirty and small room,bad breakfast!

We were placed in standard room,we booked a superior room, terrible staff and bad breakfast!do not respect guests ! Not recommended

There was loud noises every morning upstairs (cafeteria?) and that barely let us sleep properly. On top of that the toilet kept bringing up feces when we weren’t even there.

The douche is very dangerous, very slippery. The card/key often don’t work. The stuff is excellent though, very friendly, always doing their best to help. We booked a stay with breakfast and dinner and didn’t regret it even for one second. Very convenient and rather good.

Absolutely horrible experience staying at this hotel. We faced multiple issues that ruined our stay and we had to checkout only after 1 night and find a different hotel so that our entire Italy trip is not ruined because of the stay at this hotel

Ottima esperienza, alla prima occasione ci ritorno sicuramente.

We stayed outside of the city center so we could have more space. The rooms we chose had living space plus bedrooms and a nice balcony. It is a bit of a pain to get into the city but we mostly used the bus and the train. There is a bus stop very close. Taxis are more expensive. The restaurant was nice. Breakfast was good and the bar and outdoor patio were nice.
