Very clean!! And the staff is top notch

FIRE-HAZARD AND UNSAFE. To start the toilet seat in the room was unclean with pee and poo on the lid itself. I used the hairdryer on low heat had it on for 2 minutes and the motor inside CAUGHT ON FIRE orange sparks were flying out of it and smoke was barreling out. Thank god I caught it and didn’t get injured. The microwave was dirty and inside literally was rusted through where you could see the wall on the other side. I was amazed that the staff had it plugged in as if you could use it. The tub had rust on the drain and the water quality was terrible. Orange and black flakes would occasionally come out of the faucet while using it in both the sink and shower. This room is unfit for guest use this hotel needs to be throughly investigated this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Thank god I was only there for 1 night.

The check in staff member at night was great! Nice, courteous, helpful, could not ask for better. The breakfast was cringy.

Surprised that there wasn't a microwave in the room.

The outside of property looked nicer than inside. The inside, the lobby and halls need updating, carpet cleaning and glass cleaning. The lobby was very dated and furniture and carpet was stained. We did not have breakfast here, so unknown on how breakfast was.

Just an average hotel. Needs some updating and more cleaning but the staff was super sweet and helpful.

Room stinks

It was a good experience overall but the one thing that I really didn't like was no blanket on the bed! Just 2 top sheets for covers. I like to sleep in a cool room under actual blankets so I didn't sleep well! There wasn't even and "extra" blanket in the closet because I looked for one.

Could not stay because traffic was terrible and had to stay in Tampa

Very inexpensive. Clean and quiet.

The room smelled like a wet dog. There were large bugs in the bathroom. The hotel was convenient to I 10 and several restaurants were in the area.

Staff are very nice and facility is average. Bed is sunken in and super soft and our room had a hand held shower head only that hung in a corner so you could not stand under it and had to try to hold in and wash off at the same time.

Smelled like smoke no one ever answered the phone. no one was answering the phones. Expedia tried to call and did not get anyone. Husband was sick the time he stayed bc the room smelled like smoke and he was having issues breathing but all the rooms smelled like that my brother who stayed there had an issue as well. Husband was told he was in a no smoking room so it couldn’t be smoke he smelled but it was… breakfast was a joke it was frozen food you had to put in microwave. He had to go find breakfast elsewhere due to almost throwing up from the food. He tried to talk to somone and was told he had to call. I tried to cal for him and could not get a hold of anyone Expedia called and was told no manager till Monday. This was a waste of money never again. completely dissatisfied in this whole event.

Air conditioner in our room did not work, clock did not work, television did not work and no telephone (have to go down to front desk if anything needed). Desk clerk on duty seemed clueless about anything. Advise anyone to ask to inspect room before paying.

Enjoyed the stay but the hot tube didn’t work the knob’s are broken

The hotel is in terrible condition. Everything is worn out, and it makes the place feel dirty whether or not it is. There's no way that our room was 400 sf.. I'll be unlikely to choose any hotel brand from Wyndham.

very clean property and rooms. great value for the money

The breakfast was okay, but there was a constant knocking next to my room.
