Room was a little dated but service was excellent and staff very friendly

Still some refurbishment required. Windows round pool area need to be shaded as pool users can be viewed from reception area. We did not use the pool for this reason . Central location good.

The hotel is ideally located in Pitlochry within walking distance of various pubs and restaurants. It's a great base for numerous hillwalking routes.

The hotel was comfortable and friendly/ Disappointed they don't serve evening meals as we did not notice anywhere tat this was the case when we booked. Bit of a nuisance having to go out in all weathers

Hreat welcome and room was clean and good dize , bit tired but old hotel. Spa was readon chose hotel and had no availability on treatments- perhaps an email when booked to advise us to book ahead to avoid disappointment The steam room was plasticy ans sadly no sauna, would not return , still to try breakfast

Our room was nice, very comfy bed but carpet dirty, coffee splashed up the wall skirting board, shower was not great and not very hot. There was an odd humming sound every 10 minutes all day/night like a fan which was most annoying. Breakfast was included and although it was very nice food could have been a little hotter. Reception staff were nice enough although we did mention in the booking it was my birthday and no mention of this, reception staff not really interested on our check out either, didn't ask if we enjoyed our stay, if everything was ok.

Perhaps I should have known but, I was rather disappointed that an evening meal was not available in the hotel. Although Fishers was recommended I found the prices over the top.

Had an amazing stay with family. 4 rooms booked and each one was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful

I booked the Scotland Spa Hotel thinking that it would have a touch an elegance and modernness as stated within the title, what we arrived to was a very run down hotel. The outside does not look anything like the photos, very old run down decor, stained carpets and bedding, dirty spa changing rooms over ran with other people left dirty towels, muddy floors, discarded slippers. The pool has lots of broken tiles all around, 6 chair / beds to sit on. In the bedroom stained carpets, dirty floors, hairs in the shower, the shower took about 5 minutes to get hot water, the bed linen had black marks all over it, cushions had dubious white marks / stains on. Pillows also seen much better days. Creaky floor boards from the people above which kept you awake, single glazed windows, which doesn’t help when you are put looking out to a main road. The room was spacious however. When you’re paying £150+ you certainly want more for your money. The breakfast was nice, lots of different choices, hot and cold selections. The reception staff were very friendly when we checked in and out. Over all disappointed, wouldn’t recommend or go back.

We had a great stay here - convenient for the town centre, excellent staff and a great spa.

Lovely warm room.

Relaxing stay at the hotel, great base for exploring surrounding areas. We were a family of 4 (kids 9 and 11) and stayed in a family room which was a good size, clean and comfortable. The pool and spa are lovely and clean and breakfast was good too with continental and cooked options available. No dinner service whilst we were there but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

We had a great stay. Jackie, pam and emily are an asset to the hotel. We had a pigeon manage to get into the breakfast room and the girls got it out with no problems at all. They dealt with the situation expertly.

The room was freezing cold, and there was still items in the bin, and underwear left from previous guest

Staff not very welcoming, breakfast not great.and was not updated as to why we couldn't have dinner in hotel

Really good 2 night stay relaxing pool steam room etc overall would stay again

But rough round the edges ..needs a bit of tlc. On the whole my stay was comfortable and pleasurable. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was well presented. Room was OK and clean but a bit worn.
