The staff was horrible. I think her name is Gabriela. I have never been treated like this anywhere around the world. I needed to change hotel. I will never recommend this place to anyone and she should not work with any type of service.

The room that are facing the street are horrendous with noise. There is a nightclub right outside and it goes to 0300. nice hotel, nice breakfast, horrible sound proofing.

Amazing room. Large and roomy and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is great. The entire hotel is so cute. Staff is very friendly.

Unique and wonderful hotel. Smaller rooms but a great, hard to beat location. Breakfast is great. Street parking was available for our stay but also a nearby parking lot. Courteous staff, clean hotel. Would stay again.

Great location and tasty breakfast. Staff were helpful and bedding was very clean/fresh and comfortable. Room decor was not to my taste, but was consistent. Really struggled to find the entry door light switch.

Great location at an historic hotel. The issue is it’s loud and there is no air conditioning. Hotel advertised it had laundry service which it did not have. Gym is awesome. Staff is accommodating. Go for the location and historic nature but recognize it gets warm and can be very noisy particularly on the weekends.

Nice 'boutique' feel; my single room was small but well furnished; breakfast was great with lots of choice. Conveniently situated in the centre but very quiet.

Beautiful bar and room. Excellent service from the friendly staff. Ideal location for restaurants and sight seeing and the breakfast had a fantastic selection including lactose free options.

The pictures are nicer you can smell the food from the kitchen all over the hotel which they mask with a sent that was not so pleasant
