Overall, a good stay. But seemed a little pricey, for what was offered.

I don’t think this hotel should be rated 3 stars. It’s more like a one. The rooms were tiny and smelly. I asked for two twin size beds and none were available when we got there. Also, the place looks run down.

The place is a dump. The hallways are filthy, the rooms are tinny. The place has no air conditioner. When we were there, they best thing they could do is offer us a tiny fan. In addition, the staff were nasty to one another. During breakfast one morning, a staff member slammed the door on another staff member. Soon the staff member that was assaulted came back with another staff and they were arguing out loud while we were trying to have breakfast- not professional at all. On the bright side, their breakfast is good. They have a great selection.

On check-in, I advised the receptionist / duty manager that my car was temporarily parked outside the hotel on the delivery parking space. He simply told me it was forbidden, without offering to keep an eye out for the parking police. Once in the room, I noticed there was no air-conditioning in the room and also that the windows were only slightly ajar. The room was very hot (it was >30c outside anyway). I dropped my bags and left to move the car. On leaving, I questioned the receptionist about the air conditioning. He apologised and said that it was being fixed but not until the following week. I found out by questioning a different receptionist / duty manager on checkout that this was an outright lie and that there is no air conditioning in the rooms at all! When I booked this room, there was no obvious warning about this and I am not happy to have paid for this room. In addition to this the bathroom was microscopic and the shower was about 30cm higher than the bathroom floor, making it a dangerous step down after showering. I almost fell twice and would have hurt myself.

Room was very small and not well equipped to worth the paid price . TV was not able to be watch , bad programs , only French , most of programs was not working . Reception informed that this what they have. the room heater was very old , bad working , bad smelling . bath room facilities for washing and shower was not suitable

We could hear the people next door getting intimite! Never going again.

There was no AC although it was mentioned in the room features

The room is very small and dated, no AC, the staffs are friendly, the price is reasonable.

It was a great and spacious room, exactly what I signed up for. An affordable can't beat price. That said, there was an ant problem. They were on the carpet, in the bathroom, at the window and the one night I brought a snack home, they crawled into that too with an hour. The area is within a block of two metro stops - line 2 and 9 which made it oh so convenient to reach and there's a grocery store within a block too. The wifi was very hard to use/low signal when I stayed in a room in the back of the complex, but was great and high speed when I transferred to a room on the 2nd floor in the main building.

The lady in the front desk was very helpful. The price is reasonable.

Check in and check out were easy and the staff were very friendly. My room was overall pretty comfortable and well equipped. The shower was nice and new. But my room smelled really badly of smoke. Good value for the price!

I stayed for 4 nights, but the shower water is too hot or cold, cannot adjust, and no hair dryer. They said will change the room on the second day, but they didn't, however, they changed the room for me on the third day, the condition of the room feel comfortable.

The hotel is far from centre if city. Rooms are not warm enough in winter and too cold and the heater does not heat the room well. Not that great room service.
