Staff were helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Onsite undercover parking was good.

Enjoyable evenings on the balcony watching the birds and bats. Easy walk to mall, restaurants and markets.

The rooms were clean and spacious, parking was convenient. Location of hotel is walking distance to Woolworths, Marlin jetty, bus stops where tour bus puck-up. Next to hotel has a very nice Koi restaurant with delicious food. Staff at hotel reception was always available to help. Excellent!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very courteous and respectful. A good central location - a very nice stay.

Great location right on the Esplanade close to the pier for all the reef tours. Lots of resturants close by!

Ceiling was fithy like mould has been wiped off, hair all over bathroom bassin cold water tap wouldn't turn on was stuck carpet was stained and looked terrible aircon old and hardly blew any cool air

I booked a wheelchair accessible room. The room I reveived was NOT accessible and probably one of the smallest rooms in the hotel. Could not manouver in room with wheelchair or washroom. Was not able to take a ahower due to no seat or chair. Staff were indifferent when mentioned issues to them. Seems to be a long stay hotel instead so perhaps they do not like overnight guests. It was a pretty frustrating experience. If you are going to advertise your hotel on Expedia to fill your rooms you need to treat people with respect when they note their needs. This was not a respectful hotel experience. Front desk too high for person in wheelchair.

Reasonably priced, very close to all the bits we were there for and some great recommendations for food from the helpful staff

All of the above; great place, nice pool to hang at and room well stocked with amenities etc and even bath towels. Yeah, loved it and will come back, for sure!

Location couldn’t have been better

Staff were very helpful and the room was clean and practicle.

This property is very rundown and poorly maintained. The shower floor flooded each time we used the shower and the floor was also very slippery. Poor staff service - promised maintenance did not occur and promised additional linen was not delivered. Doors being opened and closed in nearby units was very loud - our doors stuck badly
