No hot water in the shower. But I slept great and breakfast was good.

The lobby was filled with kids when we checked in, most of the facility was taken up by a ball team. We couldn’t use the pool, it was too crowded. They should have shut the place down until this ball team checked out, it definitely changed my opinion of Hampton Inn!!! I’ll think twice before I choose another Hampton Inn.

214.00 a night. Fridge didn’t work. Key card didn’t work most of the time. The bed was uncomfortable to the point of hardly any sleep. Outlets in room didn’t work. Shower took a long time to get warm before reaching 3rd floor. Staff was nice and room was clean but issues are beyond the staff.

Icy entrance. Had to catch myself a couple times from slipping.

It was loud all night! Breakfast was fine and the staff in charge of breakfast was so very kind!! Overall it was nice and I wound stay again, but bring ear plugs!

Nice hotel & very friendly staff but definitely needs updated… tvs are old, bed isn’t comfortable, and area was a bit outdated. Beds made awful noises if you moved wrong on them.

The staff are so wonderfully friendly. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. I had a great nights sleep in a nice hotel. Highly recommend.

I was told when I booked we could check out at 1 pm. Then , noon and the front desk lady basically indicated I was lying about getting a late checkout . Had to be out at 11 am.

I tried to cancel the room and was told I needed to cancel 5 days in advance so I lost my full $230 I paid for the room and I never stayed there. I will never use hotels.com again.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good but we only went once in our 4 day stay. However, in our 4 day stay, our room was never cleaned...no fresh towels...In their defense, they did say they cleaned every other day and we stayed over July 4th which they said they didn't do cleaning. I would have thought they would have made cleaned at least once....should have done it twice.
