My stay here was related to a local dance festival. Although travel via taxi is a bit pricey, the location was perfect. Everything from the spa/sauna to the restaurant and room was lovely. There were a couple of minor things, like the length of my massage falling short of my purchased hour, but nothing to really take away from the beauty of this location. The kindness and patience of the majority of the staff is very nice. I loved it here. Pros - The front desk and most other staff was very kind and patient with me. The location is beautiful as are the room and restaurant. I regret not buying the bottle of wine that was freshly opened for me. This is one of the cleanest places I've stayed and it was absolutely a lovely addition to my short trip. Cons - The massage should be the full hour. I arrived early and waited, which is fine and necessary. However, my massage was not the full hour. It began 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early (20 minutes total lost).

As a repeat guest I will go again. Dine in. Pair great wines by the glass with each and every course…like a tasting menu for ONE or as many as you have in your group.

We came back again! We discovered this time the spa with saunas! Amazing ! Everything and everywhere is so clean and neat. Staff is absolutely amazing! Restaurant with huge selection of good wine and delicious dishes. We highly recommend this hotel for any occasions! And again, we are coming back! Thank you for your hospitality.

Almost nothing to do w the Winery apart from the restaurant wine list. Outside heated pool was under construction and out of use, unlike the statement on the hotels website. Actually half of the hotel is under construction and quite noisy. €10 pp for spa area (+€3 for the caps) Not a bad hotel but definitely way overpriced for what it is.

Relaxing Spa in the heart of Valpolicella. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Great breakfast as well.

Good and pleasant stay overall. Breakfast is ok - not great - but very nice pool area. Shame there is no coffee / boiler in the rooms.

Amazing, amazing, amazing

Far away from exception, photo show quite relax pool but the pool is public and not only for hotel guests..... shower Not smell well , no value for money.... shame, that was our last hotel after two weeks touring Italy all the rest hotel was so good !

Easy check in with very friendly, well informed and professional staff. Large hotel with restaurant on site. We appreciated the bottle of wine and water and especially appreciated that we could take the wine with us to dinner in their restaurant. The pools are large and well maintained although we only used it the one time. Bathroom is a little tired. I enjoy a heated towel rail which this didn't have. The lighting in the room is very dim. I would like to have more light available. The restaurant is amazing and they really know their wines!

Great place, unique area and design. Very professional staff. we had some issue with laundry that apeared to be very expensive but I guess it was misunderstanding. ALl in all very unique place,

Wonderful spa hotel, we arrived early and the room wasn’t ready but we could use the pool. It’s worth going on a weekday to use the spa as it’s not very busy. However on a weekend I’d imagine it would be too small to accommodate many people and wouldn’t be as much fun. The room were spacious and clean and comfortable.

Overall, it is a decent hotel. It could use a bit of remodeling and modernization. It is much better suited for business groups or for conferences, and not really a romantic vineyard stay.
