Staff was very helpful and accomodating

Everything was good except one thing. They charge you $5 a day for parking. It’s the first time I see that and it’s absurd and ridiculous

The rooms were spacious

Hotel is very nice and recommended for family and quiet stay, have a little kitchen with refrigerator that is a plus, breakfast is excellent, front desk was not so friendly in the welcome as seems she has so much work but at least you smile, they not clean or make room daily, but the part that makes you angry is the charging of 5USD extra for each day per parking and makes no sense, as you park in the sorroundings of the hotel as any other hotel in the area. There was no advise from hotels about this extra, and even I told them in front desk, you must pay and thats their rule. If you choose a long stay be careful with this extra charges.

Professional checking and kind person attended to us.

This is the first time that our stay at Sonesta was a nightmare. Our room was infested with insects we complained multiple times with frontdesk staff and was told someone would come to inspect and recitify issue and still no resolution. We were informed management would follow up neither happened. Frontal staff was not helpful and brushed off our concerns. Kept giving us the runaround. This was the first and experience we’ve encountered since staying at a Sonesta property we stayed at others here in Florida and out of states and it’s never been like this.

Nice place

This property was easy to get to. Was very clean. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast menu is very repetiive. Was the same every day.

Our stay was very good, had breakfast every morning and that was a plus. Staff were very nice and friendly rooms were clean and comfortable.

Loved our room with kitchen and couch. Only wished we had a king bed. Everything else was great!

As soon as you walk into this hotel there is a wonderful sent and after walking into the amazing romer following will be the front desk staft that greets you with the most amazing welcome! After which walking into the the room which you would have booked makes you feel as Home or probably even better even for thoes who love too cook. Also for thoes who are travel to rest, thoes beds are giving xoxoxo

Housekeeping cleaning services seem to be done once weekly and not very thoroughly between guests as I found a sanitary napkin wrapper on a shelf. Due to the Easter Weekend, the limited housekeeping services (towel change, making of beds and disposal of trash) were not available Friday to Sunday. The pancake machine worked on one of the days of my 8 night stay. On another note, the team member in charge of breakfast seemed to be handling an immense workload with grace and efficiency. All staff we interacted with were pleasant. Fire Alarm testing all day on Fri 25 Apr from 8:30am -1:00pm was unbearable with constant siren alarms blaring during that period. While guests were warned about the testing, those sound levels could not have been appropriate for extended exposure.

Clean room, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel was nice and clean. The bed slept very horrible.That’s the biggest problem I had the mattress wasn’t comfortable the staff was very nice and friendly

We had an overall very good experience at this hotel and would recommend it.

$10 per package fee is ridiculous. As the property gets more & more popular, the worst the conditions get. During peak times no extra pillows or blankets available. Room cleaning absolutely needs to improve. Sheets were torn, some stains, on bedding. The staff is friendly but one employee cannot handle being at the desk alone. At least 2 people needed to keep good flow. Location is amazing but they need to improve!
