Good customer service

$150/night hotel, room supposed to be non smoking but smells of smoke, burnt bedding, rusty bathroom, absolutely horrible parking for anything but a car, pool had swimming lessons going on, no conditioner list goes on. Not worth 100/night

i loved yhe king sized bed.. it was perfect.

Price was good, full breakfast was great.

Everything was neat and clean

Was within walking distance of multiple places to eat and shop.

The place was not dog friendly as you advertised., after driving for 13 hours that day I get to the front desk and lead with asking for a room facing outside. I filled out the forms, etc.. The clerk gave me an interior room? I questioned this room location? And he said, you got dog? You can see my frustration! I would like to be compensated for this inconvenience. Tried charging us $25 to check in an hour early while the entire hotel was vacant.

The carpet on the hall way needs replacement or upgrade as it was old and dirty. No elevator. No sitting lounge in front desk I was expecting that I can sit and rest while waiting. Room was good. Breakfast was good as well.

Location was perfect for our purpose.

Nice service at front desk. No towel at swimming pool.. need to walk to the front desk to get one and wet everything in between. Half of the "hotel" is motel, if you book through this app, you are likely to have the motel room, just so you know.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staffs

The bathroom kindly small and toilet installed in the way to bath top.

Convenient for business access, not convenient relative to noise from upper floors. Primarily young kids. Overall noise was manageable. Tried the Hot Tub, temp was too low. Staff were very helpful and congenial.
