We had an absolutely amazing stay. Pool, breakfast, room, staff wonderful. Unfortunately the stairs next to the hotel is well used and at night people walking by, was loud like they where in the room.

We had an amazing time there. The receptionist was amazing. So helpful and she guided us the restaurants and places to see.

Honestly, didn’t love our stay at this hotel. First, we lose power in our room and that has to get restarted. Then, the fire alarm goes off at three in the morning and 30 minutes later we hear pounding on the doors. The pounding then comes to our door and the door gets opened at 3:30 AM by the front desk without any verbal communication. We were terrified we literally thought we were getting robbed. There was no apology. Then we found a cockroach in our room.

Lovely hotel very clean Location ok Pool lovely but maybe not suitable for kids Reception staff on day of check out were not very nice .. having paid tourist tax on arrival I was asked to pay it again when I informed them I had paid on arrival they would not believe me asked for proof luckily I had printed receipt ( tip for future ask for print out)when I produced it they didn't even apologize , really not impressed

Great hotel with spacious rooms, we stayed on the 3rd floor. Roof top and indoor pool were fantastic. Very helpful staff

We booked for 3 adults: we got two single beds and a sofa bed, not suitable for an adult. Extremely noisy: other guests at same floor running around, shouting, knocking doors at 3 am. Despite calling reception, took some time for them to quiet down. Breakfast buffet not quality products: fruit not fully ripped, eggs tasteless, orange juice not good. Not to be recommended to friends and family. Not to be recommended to friends or family.

Great location, fabulous pool with views, reasonably priced considering the great location to centre of Palma - 10-15 min walk. Breakfast is excellent.

Our hotel room is located next to busy night life area and walkway to and from a parking garage. It was loud almost all night long and we were not able to get much sleep or get a different room. The ceiling is also thin so we can hear everything from above. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again in the future.

The property is dated, it has a nice rooftop pool and small, adequate bar, but it closes at 6pm!! Which was unexpected and really doesn’t make sense since the Sun is still up then. Location is good, right on the Marina parking is close, but not convenient and a bit dodgy at night and early am. (Homeless living in there.) parking is owned by the city so it’s separate and the hotel gets a tiny discount. Call ahead to work it out though, it’s not very intuitive. Staff is too cool for school. I’d recommend for one night maybe two max. And definitely go for the Marina facing rooms, I suspect others don’t have great views.

We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Mirador. We were able to check in right away in the morning when we arrived. We received a great room that had a balcony that overlooked the harbor. It had all the amenities that I would want( a fridge in the room; rooftop pool with a great view and staff that went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, professional and sincere. They wanted to ensure we had a great stay and we did! The location is perfection. Close to a grocery store and short walk into town.

Great stay and perfect location!

Efficient and affable service. The staff were highly competent. The family room was great with 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was fabulous and all was managed in a calm and discreet manner. The rooftop pool and bar was a delight, Pedro working there was a true legend and whilst I didn’t try the spa my wife and children spoke highly of it. We were delighted with our choice.
