No parking, only expensive valet parking, when you’ve already paid a decent amount for a hotel you’d expect some decent amenities.

Overall, the hotel is nice. Rooms are clean. The one thing that will stop me booking future business trips to this hotel is that I got charged for a full day parking because I picked up the car a few hours after the checkout time.

Front desk were very helpful when we had a noisy neighbour. They came up right away and told them to turn their music down. The walls are quite thin especially on adjoining rooms, and the doors slam easily. Comfortable beds, very clean and spacious rooms. The location is great, very close to Peel metro.

Room was nice. Ice maker on our floor was broken. Amenities were as expected. Coffee shop was excellent. Parking was a real problem. 37.00 plus valet fees per night?! Had to park up the hill and I just had gotten out of the hospital with heart problems. We will probably go back to the other hotel when we drop our son off in the fall. Staying just outside of the city seems better for parking and noise.

The coffee machine was gross. There were mold and accumulated dust inside. Half of my curtain is broken and couldn’t be shut off. I wouldn’t expect too much for facility for this price, but this hotel can’t meet basic standards

The only thing is that hotel parking was full in the first night and I had to pay for a nearby private parking!
