Good place. Comfortable room

Though the property itself it is nice they misrepresent the hotel in that they show photos of a pool that hotel guests are NOT allowed to use. In 2024 our group of friends rented 5 hotel rooms and were told “The pool was closed” so I specifically called to ask IF the pool was open to hotel guests because this time we booked 7 rooms and the woman I spoke to at Copeland Towers said “yes!” BUT when we got there we were told that it was only for the guests that live there. Since we travel from Maine to New Orleans for karate training every year we will certainly be staying elsewhere!

We had a large group staying here and were promised we could use the pool. They would not let us. This was extremely disappointing. Also it feels like a hotel inside a nursing home. Not a great vibe for families.

The toilet had not been flushed or cleaned

Very clean , quiet also have stores , a mall and places to eat within walking distance.

Everything was great. Check in was quick and easy. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Good value property in a convenient location

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. They didn’t freshen up the room every day though so I ran out of clean towels and shampoo.

The room had an old musky smell and the air conditioner was not working properly

Property is very dated. Rather old and a little musty smelling.

We went there because Expedia listed that they have outdoor pool and even list the age rules for it . We get there to check in and they said they don’t have a pool Highly disappointed!

My stay was pleasant and staff were accomodating and friendly. Would stay here again in the future.

One of the rooms, the water pressure was slow. We like that the place was clean, staff were friendly and quiet area.

I love this place, it's my go to whenever I travel to New Orleans
