Great location, friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious, clean and contemporary room. Everything we needed our 3 night break, would definitely stay again.

This hotel was modern and the staff were great. The room was spacious but did not have AC, which is something to note if that is important to you. It's also in a great location with easy access to the metro and nearby shops and cafes. Since there are so many businesses nearby, it can get quite noisy at night, so that's something to be aware of too. The staff were incredible and always answered any questions we had.

Modern rooms, close to the Louise station for public transport, shopping and dining options in walking distance.

Walls and floor very thick and creaky. I could hear people walking above me and people taking next to me. It actually woke me up and kept me up at times.

Great staff, extremely kind. Breakfast was €20 for an unlimited buffet and it was worth it. Hotel room was clean and nice. Overall recommend.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spoke fluent English. My blinds were broken when I arrived but they were quick to find me a new room, which I didn’t take. Location and price is awesome. Room and washroom was clean.

Really cozy and great stuff

Great location. Room above was very noisy with people walking around throughout the night. A/C did not work correctly and resulted in using a fan to drown out the noises from the room above.

Great location, with stylish fourniture and very friendly staff. 5 min walk from place Fernand Cocq with lots of bars and great restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay!

The staff was very helpful, when we arrived, he gave us two bottles of water, he knows we needed it and it warms our heart. When we went to the room, the room was big, and so clean! We were so grateful, and so happyy. We really enjoyed our stay. And when we checked out, we can store our luggage in the hotel, so we can enjoy sightseeing in the city. And they keep it very well. I really recommend this hotel. Thank youu so much for the service!

No air conditioning required us to use a noisy fan. Limited hot water was a challenge while showering. Even staff were helpful but day staff seemed to be inconvenienced. Room was clean and efficient with its space.

Quiet, small hotel just off the upscale shopping street in Brussels. Unusual layout with connections to three adjoining buildings. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Bespoke cooked breakfasts was a plus. One issue is the wifi is very weak in the "C" building. Good value for money, easy to get around on the tram/metro.
