The area has many conveniences, easy to navigate. The hotel staff is great, answered all my questions. The restaurant in the hotel is the perfect way to end the day. I do wish the room's bathroom was more updated, but the bed was perfect, which is the most important part. I slept so well.

Cobwebs in the bathroom corner and water damage/soap scum on faucet. Brown condensation dripping above the bathroom doorway.

Comfortable bed, lots of space in room. Good shower. Nice layout of public areas.

Great place

The worst stay ever! Never coming back to any Hiltons! Rude staff especially during checkin. Carpet and bathroom is filthy. Furnitures and fixtures are dated. Toilet tissue holder and other metals are rusting. Beds are uncomfortable. Bed apread and comforters are browning. Is this the Hilton standard? My entire family is so disappointed and will never coming back to any Hilton’s. The worst stay ever! We are very kind and tolerant people, however, this need to be brought to all your attention- how horrible your hotel is! I deserve a refund!

I booked this property after looking at Expedia reviews but before I looked at Google reviews. After reading them on Google, I was a bit freaked out to stay here. Overall, I feel like they are on the right track. My guess is Hilton bought and is renovating an older hotel. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff friendly. The pool itself was just fine but there were a lot of dirty towels just laying on the floor. Our room appeared to have been updated but parts of it still did not have that. The bathroom walls, switches and outlets were dirty and the carpet was stained. The toilet and sinks were clean. Overall, a 3/5 and on the right track but needs some work still.

It was clean. And smelled amazing, the pool was clean and nice and warm, the bed was comfortable and we had lots of towels.

This is a convenient location but it is old and my carpet was a frayed and the tiles were old were dirty grout. It desperately needs updating. It's clean as it can be but not what I'd expect of a Hilton property. I'm a Hilton Honors member and expect better from Hilton.

I was overall great. However the shower was very slippery had to hold onto the bar a few times.

The onsite reastraunt was nice and pool had indoor outdoor games like corn hole and floating toys

Great food

Nice clean hotel. The clerk was very friendly and gave my daughter cookies! Our room was nice, bed was a bit too firm, but we enjoyed our stay.

Basic, fairly clean, very nice staff. The air conditioning struggled and never quite cooled to the set temp.

We stayed 2 nights here we made it a pit stop to mt Rushmore and spent the day at the omaha zoo it was a great stay the breakfast was delicious, bed was comfy, and we like cookies we got were delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Room left dirty one night

The hotel lobby was nice, seemed clean, and there was always cold water available after a very hot day at the baseball field. Our room looked clean but right when we walked in, it smelled of sweaty feet (gross, I know). I ordered a glass of wine, and that empty, dirty glass was never removed from our room (for 3 nights) even after the rooms was cleaned for the day. We were there from June 13 through June 17, 2025. The entire staff that we encountered were very helpful and friendly. I'd probably not stay here again.
