The walls were very thin. You could hear all the business of the other guests as you walked through the halls.

In a bad part of town. Terrible breakfast ever.

My stay was very good nice clean room, quiet and staff was very helpful. Great location.

The front desk man was rude. I am not sure if it was because he had a long day or what. I checked in at 11:00pm due to traveling for 15 hours. We only stayed in the room for 8 hours. They offered breakfast that morning but a guest was complaining that they stopped breakfast too early. Not coming back here ever again. I can not deal with rude staff when I am paying my money to cover your pay check.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, no iron or ironing board. The room and bathroom did not have a lot of space to lay your things. However, if you looking for a hotel that’s reasonably priced and clean. I recommend the Microtel.

Clean and affordable!

We had been delayed at DFW airport for more than 5 hrs I had already reserved the room but we did make to the Charlotte nc airport at 530 am instead of 1 am, we checked in at the hotel just before 6am, we were greeted at the hotel very warmly and were told coffee wod be ready in 15 min and breakfast too and he would leave a note for the day shift that he offered us a later check out. Thier support was way better than the plane company .

Newly renovated, very clean.

Clean, quite well-managed property with friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was well run, fresh plenty of food, nice variety. The property is very clean and convenient location to attend events at the convention center.

Good value. Perfect for quick sleep stop. Breakfast light on protein.

Everything was excellent, attention and customer service was perfect. Note: breakfast doesn't include eggs or bacon just in case.

I didn't like that the room looked nothing the room I reserved online. No option to cast movies from my phone.

The staff was friendly. The room was in great condition. The renovations were very nice and I will definitely be back.
