Genuinely the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in my life in terms of service we received and the hotel itself. We came for our honey moon and we were treated warmly right off the bat. They upgraded our room free of charge to a significantly nicer room for our occasion. The workers there are amazing, kind, and extremely professional. They do not let you needing anything and immediately address any of your requests, needs, and concerns. The facility itself is spotless. The pool is amazing with a gorgeous view, the spa was utterly wonderful and extremely clean, and all of the restaurants there were tasty and well ran. The complimentary shuttle into town was extremely convenient and the concierge was super responsive in getting things set up for us during our stay there, as well as answering any typical touristy questions we had. I cannot recommend this place and its other hotels under their management enough

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Every member of the staff worked to make our stay exceptional. The concierge happily drove us to Rapallo for excursions. The wait staff provided awesome service. The food was so fresh, I could eat fresh tomatoes, basil and tomatoes every day here. The housekeeping team took great care of our room bringing fresh flowers and organizing our room daily. This was an amazing stay. Gratzie to everyone at Bristol for making this an forgettable family trip.

An amazing hotel, worth the price. Great view (would recommend choosing room with ocean view), excellent pool. Work out room. Breakfast was amazing, had a nice buffet or you could order from the a la carte (extra). The seating on the terrace was so nice. Freshly squeezed juices, my favourite while travelling Great service by all the staff, my wife happened to have birthday, we gave them no notice and after cleaning the room they had brought, balloons, a cake with candle and prosecco. Such great attention to details from staff. Offers a shuttle to get into town, or a nice 10-15min walk.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! These are the first words that come to mind when I think about this hotel. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with genuine warmth by a wonderful team. The entire hotel smells fresh and is spotlessly clean. The food is absolutely delicious, and the quality of service is outstanding. Every member of the staff is professional, kind, and truly dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. I would especially like to mention the room service. Our room was cleaned and checked three times a day, which is exceptional. We felt completely safe leaving our personal belongings in the room, as security and trust were never a concern. Every single employee, without exception, was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. They truly make you feel like a valued guest. The complimentary shuttle service is another great advantage, allowing you to travel to and from the city whenever you like with ease. The private beach is beautiful, the service there is excellent, and the sea is crystal clear and incredibly clean. The swimming pool is equally impressive, offering breathtaking views. Finally, I would like to say that I genuinely believe the negative reviews and low ratings do not reflect the experience we had at this hotel. We will definitely be returning in the near future. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

What’s great about it: beautiful terrace for breakfast, great view, and one of the best spa I have ever been to. Spa facility 10/10 and it is the highest redeeming portion of the stay. What’s not so great about it: 1. Shuttle service: not very frequent (every 30-45 mins) and low capacity per ride (6pp per ride). It’s 5 mins drive away to the town but I felt like we spent a ton of time coordinating, waiting, requesting the shuttles. It ends at 11pm so if you are a younger crowd that want to hangout in tow late, and alternative is 50 euro taxi for a 5 mins drive or a 20 mins walk in the dark. It was slow (over an hour wait) to get quick confirmation from concierge on the shuttle booking via WhatsApp - better to call. The shuttle only stops at one spot and they won’t drop you off at the train station so you have to walk with the luggages. 2. Room amenity: for people who don’t drink coffee, there is no tea kettle or tea bags in rooms. We requested chamomiles tea bags and was informed by front desks that there is none. We did end up finding them in the spa the next day. No steamer in the room and have to request too. 3. Concierge service: not 24 hours - I think it it from 8am-10pm. So good luck if you need any help during the peak hours when you are in the hotel room. 4. Service overall: More than once we feel like the staff sounded impatient and fed up with us when we asked for shuttle, tea, or other help for the room. The service overall was not up to standard to what you’d expect for a luxury hotel at this price point. Next - if you are here for relax and use the spa facility, great place to stay! But if you have plans to check out rapallo, portofino, camogli et especially at evening time, this time is incredibly inconvenient and provides mid quality service to help me explore the area. And if you want tea in your room, which is basic stuff for a 2-star hotel, you don’t get it here.
