The room needed updating.it was old fashioned.the wall paper was falling off.the lamps didn't work.the staff were very friendly helpful polite

Very pleasant hotel cmfortable bed, was given a family room so polenty of space.

Hotel easy to find, check in quick and efficient, rooms nice and clean and breakfast was good. Only complaint is that our stay was for a function at the hotel. There was a wedding on as well on the same evening and there was only 2 bar staff serving at 2 bars, therefore long waits for drinks. Apart from that a good stay

Room was leaking water and we were changed to another room. New room had no hot water for 3 hours on Saturday night

The room was good, nice size and plenty of storage. The only downside was our view which overlooked a loading bay and the hotel reception roof.

The staff are friendly, although tough to find at times. Spa is AMAZING and my massage by Daniela was fantastic! Food was ok and overpriced. WiFi and telephony networks are awful.

Lovely size room clean and comfortable. Great hotel and great gym. Felt £20 to use the pool as a resident was too steep though which was a shame as I was looking forward to it but couldn’t justify that cost

Nice sized double room, lovely view over the golf course. Great shower, very powerful. Good choice at breakfast, service was very good both morning and during evening meal. Staff friendly.

Have stayed her a few times. Staff are friendly. Rooms are comfortable and the facilities are good

Clean room. Large room lovely view of the lake. Adequate for a family. Shame that the heating wasn’t working only a storage heater which smelt of burning when turned on

Toilet was dirty on underside of lid, carpet could do with changing in the corner of the room where its ripped up, shower head adjustment slides down and doesn't stay in position, air conditioning didn't work so was warm room. Not what expect when pay for Superior room

Lovely hotel,staff were wonderful but you can not access any of the facilities without paying £20 for 2 hours. This was very disappointing as I booked the hotel for the facilities and wasn’t expecting the extra cost which apparently you have to read the small print in the t&cs to find out even though they are listed when booking the room. Other than that the food and staff were great. We did get put in room 139 and had to complain about the noise from the function room and another guest from 136 also ended up having to be moved so I would definitely check with reception when checking in.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy. Bar food was good. Property dated and a hige disappointment to ve charged £20 for the use of the pool facilities. Only wanted a quick swim after a long journey.
