The hotel was under construction. We had reserved ocean view but they originally had our room facing trees and couldn’t see the ocean view. We requested a change. There was also no electricity in my parents room which we had to complain again for a change.

Rooms and bathroom need to be updated. Lounge chairs were dirty and there is no service at the beach. Food is okay. The one thing we did like is the tour office which were very helpful and went out of their way to help us exchange money. Tours were good and at good prices.

For starters there was no shuttle as Expedia said there would be. Food was absolutely horrible compared to the east side. No stocked fridge not even with pop. Room was just average hotel room. I travelled by myself so I didn’t really care about room. No night time entertainment whatsoever. The weather is absolutely amazing compared to the east side of Mexico

The view and food and surface were all exceptional

25 min in line to check out, when there were 2 parties in front of me seemed excessive. Politeness is not their strength, so I couldn't tell why the process took so long.

Room was basic and clean, with fresh water and coffee in the room daily. Grounds kept well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only selected the breakfast option. A variety of selections available and appreciated having the order station for omelets and quesadillas. Would stay here again.

Check in was a absolut horror. They pulled a fast one and charged me a extra 2700 pesos or$200 Total black mail and highway robbery. I t was like the mob. Never experienced something like this.and we traveled a lot all over the word

My family stayed for two nights. We traveled with two small children. The Staff was not so friendly. Water from shower would spill all over the bathroom. Our room was no stocked with essential items such as with water, toilet paper and when we informed the front desk they didn’t care much about it. Property was not as nice as in pictures. Breakfast was not the best. Very limited options. Waiters did not offer you coffee or utensils. You had to go ask them for it. They were not attentive to guest. Pools were basic. Nothing special about it . There is a discoteca next door and we could not sleep until 12am. The music was very loud and could hear it even with the doors and curtains closed. It is too overpriced for what you get. I had a third adult and payed a ridiculous amount to add them to our room. I would not go back again. Too expensive for the customer services and the outdated facility.

After spending 10 minutes debating with the front desk staff who insisted on giving us a queen, even though we booked a King suite with an ocean view, we finally got the room we booked and paid for. Considering that the full price for this room is $500 Canadian per night, it is absolutely not worth anywhere near that. The restaurant on site is buffet only and average quality with subpar food options, and a very high price point if you don’t book the all-inclusive. Beer is 100 pesos per plastic cup. The rooms are very dated and not the quality you would expect. Our toilet didn’t even flush properly. There is ample parking at the site which was a benefit to us and of course the ocean view is beautiful. We would not consider staying here again when we’re in town.

Staff not too friendly at check in. There are A LOT of rules at this hotel. One towel per person per day, and it has to be signed out and in. Noisy construction during the day.

Terrible hotel. Very bad experience, the room quality is awful, bed is like a rock, Bath and shower deteriorated and stain. Mattresses are full of stains. The service? What Service? no Service at all. I left the hotel one day early because was impossible to stay there. I reserved a king bed and no king bed available at my checking. and they charge me the price no adjustment for downgrade room. Food quality the worst. Cold, flies on top of the food, no cleanness.

Everything was amazing. Loved that the food was authentic to the local culture. Super sweet and accommodating!

Won’t come back there

Didn’t like the food, really expensive. The hotel is really old and I didn’t enjoy my vacations at this place. There was something wrong every day. I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The hotel overall was beautiful and a great experience, the only thing we wished was that the ac wasn’t broken in our room. Stopped working at night so we really couldn’t do anything about it.

Run down hotel, black mold in rooms, Currently under construction with lots of noise. Smells like sewr inside of rooms.

Staff is warm and friendly. Hotel needs updating.

It was a very nice property. Nice beach. Very nice staff. The upper cliffside pool was closed for maintenace. However, they were working on updating the appearance, which it needed.
