The hotel was very good, but there were no power outlets in the lobby. To charge my phone, I had to pay, which I accepted, but for some reason that day, I couldn’t even rent a power bank

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big enough for 3 adults and 2 children.

The room smelled and was very small, not as described. There was a tax that was notified beforehand, the mattress was hard, and I definitely won't be returning.

Nice hotel, clean, cold AC, close to transportation, MTR bus, minimarket and places to eat near the hotel.

Very clean; Plenty of bus routes near the hotel. Only 20 minutes to the Lady Market; Sneaker Market. Recommended.

Hotel staff are friendly, can speak English well. Room is clean and cool. Stayed 4 days and cleaned every day. There is a fitness facility 🤗

It was easy to check in and the place is near to the MTR and other restaurants. The room also fit to my family it was nice and comfortable, the AC is cold and the shower have hot water, everything was good will sure will come back again when we go to Hongkong.

Staying at Regal Oriental Hotel is quite pleasant. Strategic location. Close to bus stops, Sung Wong Toi MTR station and Kowloon City

The hotel itself was quite OK, the room the service and everything else…The bad things about this hotel is only the location…It's quite far from the downtown and the environment surrounding is dirty and shabby…

OK location, friendly staff, clean and housekeeping very helpful - quick to respond. HOWEVER, the WIFI was really bad - did not work satisfactorily for both rooms we booked for the entire time we were at the hotel. Apparently due to high traffic - but this is HK with its 5G superspeed and yet we could not access the internet. That really upset us especially my HK based son.

If you're looking for a hotel close to touristy spots, this hotel 's not suitable for you. But if you don't mind to commute a little more and have limited budget. You can consider it. The accessibility of the hotel is very convenient for me. It 's about 3-5 minutes walk to nearby bus station (Kowloon BBI and Prince Edward) and MTR gate (Sung Wong Toi). The hotel was OK. It was decent. If you spend most of your time exploring the city and back to hotel to basically just sleep. You can find many selection of food nearby the hotel. Some of them open till past midnight. 711 is also available within 3 minutes walk. Overall, it was quite pleasant for me.
