The hotel is great but for us it’s the parking that makes the difference. Good, safe car park under the hotel which is chargeable extra, but it’s worth it.

Buffet is great, 10 min walk to city center. Lots of food and shopping nearby. There is a renovated section that has softer beds than the un-renovated section, so maybe request that.

Our only problem was noise and garbage pickup out our window that woke us up. A very comfortable room.

Nice place

Pros: Staff are lovely and helpful, bar is nice to sit and have a quiet drink, good location. Comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection and again the staff were very good. Cons: Our room (suite) was tired, very dark and stuffy - thankfully the bedroom had a window which opened to air the room as it didn’t feel or smell fresh.. The bathroom was tiny in such a huge space but was adequate.

Staff is rude. Rooms are small and dirty. Plenty of other hotels closer to city center at the same price. Stay at one of those.

Great location.Large clean rooms with comfortable bed etc. Good facilities and helpful friendly staff. Icing on the cake i thought it was good value.

Overall, very nice, friendly (though overworked—at least at the bar) staff. Rooms nice and modern, but would benefit from a rug here or there (feels a bit cold/empty in parts). Also, room lighting needs to be fixed—super dark and the collection of a 1/2 dozen lamps is unwieldy to operate.

The hotel itself was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but it would’ve been nice if there would’ve been a restaurant in the hotel. I also found that the street in and around the hotel was very untidy with lots of debris and leaves and nothing was cleaned up.

I have reached the hotel late night and the service at the reception was great But the AC didn’t work well, I was too tired to ask for help in that late hour. But in general when customer doing such late check in. provider like NH should check that the room is tip top

Beautiful hotel in Heidelberg! Close to the train station. Unique grand lobby. Fabulous buffet. Definitely recommend.

They got everything right. (Room design, cleanliness, service, environmental considerations, etc.) The breakfast buffet was superb, as well.

A very tastefully decorated, spacious and clean hotel with friendly staff, a nice bar and a great breakfast. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the old town, but that's not a big deal if you like walking.

We really enjoyed this property. Check in was easy and friendly. Beds were so comfortable. Would recommend and stay here again
