Very nice suite, friendly staff. Noisy outside from 2am

I had to cancel and the girl on the reservation deck would not transfer back my money I was going to rebook a later date I would like someone to give me a call back but no one as m07424 950674

Breakfast was superb with very attentive staff and excellent quality food, room a bit dated but still very good value with excellent location and excellent staff

Staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Facilities a little "tired" in places, but what you'd expect from a historic building. Breakfast was ok. Cooked breakfast not highest standard even though good quantity. Bed v comfortable and big room. Location perfect for central Birmingham.

Brilliant location. Good, but slightly tired hotel. No hot water in the morning but they did accept the issue. Staff were lovely.

Everything about stay exceeded expectations. Location , staff professionalism and efficiency at reception namely Mini , staff in the restaurant and bar . Only one night stay but check in & check out was seamless. Only thing missing was bottled water in room. Otherwise faultless Thank you !

Great location next to the train station. It was a little difficult to order a food delivery to the lobby area as the hotel is accessed via a pedestrian arcade walkway. Beautiful hotel, it felt luxurious to me!

It was fine apart from the fact the room was way too hot
