Wonderful stay!

Paniolo Greens was peaceful and very quiet. We had a fully stocked kitchen and the beds were really comfortable. Very well kept and extremely clean property.

First time staying here and everything was perfect!!!! We normally stay at Kona Coast Resort but this wasan absolute treat!!!

We stayed here 5 nights with kids. Very family friendly. Our unit was spacious and very comfortable. The unit was dated, but that didn’t bother us. The kitchen could be a little cleaner. The pool area could be maintained a bit more. Overall would recommend this place. Especially if you have older kids that need their space and will spend a lot of time at the beach as opposed to a small pool.

Great spot for a family, kitchen well stocked, a few bugs that my kids didn't like, was out of the way so lots more driving for us.

This is our second time staying at Paniolo. We love it.

Great! Big, 2 story place! Plenty of room for my family of 5. The pool was well heated and the golf course was beautiful. Only downside is the walls are very thin.

This was a very nice property. It is very clean and the staff are so warm and friendly! It is a little dated, but there are signs stating that a renovation is coming. It was so convenient to rent beach chairs for the week on site. There is a new shopping/ dining area close by and it looks like there will be more dining options soon. There were really nice beaches just a short drive away. There was even some surprising wild life- gobble gobble!

Very convenient and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and nice. The only issue is when you’re on the ground floor it’s very noisy and that you can hear children running around on the floor above.

We were so happy with our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their knowledge of the area and places to visit were excellent. Cleaned our place 3 times during our stay. Always there to help or assist. Check in was easy...hated to leave! Made a lot of friends. Luana at the pool greeted you with the Aloha spirit everytime! She had a wonderful Monday luau with snacks and entertainment. We also enjoyed the wildlife...ducks turkeys and the Nene birds. A fabulous time and cannot wait to come back to Paniolo Greens again. The golf course was beautiful too. The sunsets were amazing. Cannot think of anything bad to say. We loved our stay and so did everyone else who was there.

Loved that there’s a kitchen.

Great place for families….outside of the busy areas…little run down but they are making remodeling later this year. Rooms do need to be throughly clean though. Lots of dust build up. Kitchen and laundry in the room were great

The staff was very nice and the check in process and check out was so easy! Very nice place to stay, I would stay there again for sure! Everything is so clean and we had so much room!
